We booked for 4 people for pizza, but I can't eat gluten, I didn't see any gluten-free pizza or any alternatives, not even appetizers (I would have settled for a caprese, I know I'm "at fault" in a certain sense), so I kindly asked for the other menu as my only option. After telling me no, they went to ask if they could make an exceptional EXCEPTION for me, then they came back telling me that they had actually made an exception for me... they really made me feel at ease I must say (please catch the irony)...
Ready to order my risotto (the only gluten-free alternative among the first courses), they told me that they couldn't because it's for at least two... and they suggested a fregola (wheat)... well, so I had to order a second course.
Beyond the clumsiness of the waiters (which can happen, maybe inexperience.....), I found it very rude and unprofessional to make me feel so "guilty" for a problem that I have and about which I can't do anything, we are in 2024 and if you are not ready for gluten-free pizzas no one judges you, but at least offer me an alternative and do it the right way, with respect and kindness. So the problem is not so much the WHAT but the HOW. Which sometimes, especially in work with the public, is EVERYTHING...

What matters most, however, is the quality of the raw materials used to create each dish which is very high. Furthermore, I am celiac and here, I not only found very scrupulous attention in the preparation of my dishes, but also in the variety of proposals. The restaurant, in addition to bread and various dishes, even has fresh artisanal gluten-free pasta and the non-celiac people who accompanied me really struggled to find any differences with the "normal" pasta. Me and my partner had an amazing experience tonight, im gluten intolerant and they were extremely welcoming and made me a risotto with seafood and it was one of the nicest foods I have ever tried! My partner wanted The pasta with raw prawns but wasn’t sure about the raw prawns so the guy (never got a name unfortunately) and made it cooked for him and brought some raw prawns on the side for us to try, really good service! Would definitely go back!
