We had to wait ages to be seated. It was clear right at the door, that they were understaffed, but we proceeded as we had a table booked and were all very hungry. We were seated and sat in waiting for food almost an hour, surrounded by uncleared table with unwashed dishes. The waiters were lovely, but two of them just not enough to cover that floor. I can imagine, there were only one person cooking, as the food came out very slow. The gluten free pasta was way undercooked, which we didn't mention at the time as the waiters had enough on their plate and to be fair by the time we got the dinner, I was famished. Kids didn't want dessert as they just wanted to go home after long waiting times for the courses and as we know kids, when do they ever want to skip dessert?! Last year we had the same experience, we would have thought things change, but sadly not. I guess there are some serious management issues at that place.
Chill vibes and a cozy atmosphere make it perfect for some quality time, though service can be a bit hit-or-miss.

Came here for breakfast. Tea room was lovely, as was the food (which offered gluten free too) but the staff were a little distracted and 1 young man inperticular didn't seem to know what he was doing, so maybe needs a little more training.
A cozy spot with a welcoming vibe, perfect for a personalized experience and fresh breakfast options.

The young lady that served us was lovely. She ensured that the correct information was given to me for a gluten free breakfast, which was freshly cooked.
I would like to see more gluten free included within your menus as it is very limited . That’s said I enjoyed my breakfast .
A perfect pitstop with a massive breakfast sandwich and delightful brunch options, just a stone's throw from the Peak District!

Visited en-route to the Peak District for some brunch and Poms did not disappoint. Between us we had the breakfast sandwich (huge!) and the gluten free full English. Both meals tasted lovely and the service was spot on too. It does seem to get quite busy so worthwhile booking in advance if you can!
