The store is bright and cheerful but incredible noisey. I miss the delightful service you used to get from the centre kiosk. I am gluten free and i know i have to pay more but £4 for a single muffin is disgusting. Ive used bb's for a long time it would be a shame now for you to be out of mine and many more customers price range.
I love coming here! The food is always so flavourful and there are many gluten free options available. Our server today, Myles, was full of positivity and so happy to help. It makes a massive difference when the server brings a positive energy and enthusiasm to your meal. Another reason to make sure I come back!!
I have an assortment of dietary issues, the menu was clear on what I could eat though and there was a handy filter on the website. The staff were super helpful and friendly also! I had a pudding here that I've not had out for years, would usually have to bake at home to have. Had a really positive experience here. Add a picture of the gluten free, vegan cookie dough which was delicious.
We usually go and have breakfast or Sunday Roast here, food is always okay. The only thing worrying here is that they need to seriously improve the customer service. Today is the second occasion they didn't bother to acknowledge the additional request we put in our booking on the website. The first time was about "gluten free bread requested". The way the member of staff asked the question "any allergies at all?" clearly showed that they did not bother to read the booking information. We put gluten free bread in our reservation and this is a serious allergy because my husband could have ended up in hospital if it had been missed. They need to pay attention to booking information.
The second occasion was today, when we requested to seat at table 64. The staff didn't say anything, we had to ask the question: what about the table that we requested? The manner in which the staff replied to our request, again clearly showed that they didn't bother to read the request. They did not even check to see what was requested and simply said "we can't always fulfill what the customer requested".
When I went to the toilet, I saw that the requested table was unoccupied. It remained unoccupied throughout the period we were there. We didn't bother to argue with the staff, we simply took this as them having an ignorant, nonchalant and dismissive attitude towards customers. This is why I have given them a one star for this rather poor customer service which greatly lowered my customer experience. If this continues we will take our business elsewhere. Thank you.
