I had high hopes, the place looks great it's super popular. And has a great vibe.
Staff were pleasant enough.
But seemed busy.
The food, I have never had to put this in a review, and it feels wrong, but, the flavours were a bit over the top ( I love strong flavour) we had a pizza pulled beef with blue cheese, lovely, but to much blue cheese, so it's all you could taste. But I did still like it.
My wife had a gluten free carbonara ( which we appreciate they made the effort to make)
It was made in a traditional way, so it's with an egg, no problem with that, but the over powering parmesan, made it pungent, I tasted some thinking I would be fine, initially I was like wow that's fantastic, but then the flavour grew and grew. We asked for cream to try and weaken it. Unfortunately didn't work.
My wife is Italian, so has had many times like this way. But never as strong.
So in summary banging flavours, but lots of it.
It's all subjective, not really a criticism, just info.
We would probably try again just in case it was an off night.
Maybe someone dropped the parmesan in and there was no more gluten free pasta left.
Still worth a visit.

The colleagues were very nice and helpful, there were multiple gluten free options which is always good, as some places only have one and it's usually not very good. The cherry white chocolate blondie (pictured) was very yummy, on our next visit to little Hampton will definitely have to get something again
