Terrible.
Had to wait for table to be cleaned.... was not clean- seated anyway no bother.
Extra drink brought out that we didn't want but got told "will be left on table, if you drink it we will charge you for it"
3x roast dinners ordered with Chicken - After 1 hour of waiting and being brought over pudding first 3x roast dinners with Turkey come out all without Roast potatos and one was stone cold and had to be sent back.
Gluten free burger was Cold- chips were fine.
Then they brought roast potatos out in a bowl after everyone had finished eating.
Then they forgot pudding was ordered afterwards to which we then had to wait another 20 minutes.
Bar staff were nice not there fault.
Manger was not bothered never even apologised, just wanted to negotiate the best outcome to save money after a complaint.
Won't be using here again
