So upset. Told them I was vegan and wheat free a number of times! They said they could make me a number if things that would be vegan and wheat free. So I order a vegan cheeze and vegan bacon toastie or gluten free bread. It’s so hard for me to eat out, I was really hungry and excited! However, then they put real bacon in my toastie with the vegan cheeze, I discovered it as I took an huge bite on the train home!!! I haven’t eat meat for such a long time and have been vegan for years!!! I’m furious and disgusted!

Called into this Cotes on a recent visit to Worcester. We sometimes visit the two Cardiff Cotes but the Worcester restaurant knocks spots off the two Cardiff venues! The staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, especially as one of our party was coeliac! They couldn't do enough to help and to ensure the best possible experience.The food was fantastic too. Good options on both the normal and coeliac menus. Nothing at all to fault. Shame we do not live closer

Me and my family stopped here for lunch today. We had a lovely breakfast with lots of gluten free options for us. It’s was one of our nicest meals out while away and definitely will try and return. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced.

Fantastic coffee and cakes 4 vegan cakes to choose from and gluten free to choose also. The cakes were massive slices. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everywhere very clean and tidy. There's nearby parking and it's a short walk from Cathedral

The waiters were very attentive and friendly. They were busy serving and trying to replenish breakfast items, which was too much for them to do at time. The breakfast was very nice, although we actually preferred it when you could help yourself. The cooked breakfast arrived about 5 minutes after ordering it, and we hadn't had our cereal. Consequently, it was getting cold by the time we did eat it. I needed gluten-free bread, and that came with the cooked breakfast rather than later, to have with honey etc.

Lovely lunch with the family, fantastic vegan burgers that were incredibly tasty and gluten free options for our littlest one too. Service was great too. Get yourself over there!

On arrival our greeting was welcoming and friendly by Tom, we were taken to a table suitable for wheelchair access as requested on our booking, my mum loved the ease of being seated. Lauren took our drinks order and advise what I could do to find out the gluten free options, she advised the chips were cooked in a separate fryer and she could double check any of my queries with the chef. We ordered our food, Lauren came back to say the chef had advised the sauce i’d ordered wasn’t gf however the chef recommended a different one I could have that was safe. I requested if I could have some salad from the kitchen to reduce cross confection, Lauren asked what I’d like and promptly arrived back with a fresh bowl of salad. There was 5 of us eating, mine came out first and they confirmed it was gluten free. All of our dishes were hot, tasty and cooked perfectly. Jess checked back to check everything was ok. When we’d finished Jess cleared our table and checked if we’d like desserts. When Jess came back I wanted to double check the chocolate fudge cake was definitely gf (it seemed too good to be true!) Jess double checked with the chef and confirmed I could eat it! Overall the food and service we received was fantastic, the team have a great allergen knowledge and I felt extremely reassured and safe eating here. My partner fed back to Tom the assistant manager how pleased we were with our visit, he advised that Nick, Matt and Issac were the chefs on shift. I’d just like to say a massive thank you to Lauren, Jess, Tom, Nick, Matt and Issac for making our visit a great experience. Customer service/care at its best.

Nice atmosphere. Food was good. Lots of really good gluten free options. Nice background music. Unfortunately it was a cold day and the heating didn’t seem to be on. My daughter said she noticed the same issue the last time she went there.

Absolutely fantastic! I am gluten free and eating out is a nightmare sometimes! But this experience was exceptional 😀 I was asked before being seated if I had any allergies and I was asked again when the drinks were ordered. My meal came out with GF flags , which made me confident that my meal was indeed gluten free! I will be coming here frequently when eating out! And our waitress Bonnie was so lovely 😊
