Super fun little knick knacky spot. Kind of feels like you're in an 80's sitcom hangout. The ladies are very sweet! The food was quite good, including a gluten-free selection. If I lived a little closer I would be a regular- but instead I'll be an occasional visitor. Either way, I'll definitely be back!

4 words: gluten free French toast! It was delicious. I hadn't had French toast in almost 3.5 years since becoming gluten intolerant, and felt great after! They also have other gluten free options and great bacon. We showed up right at opening, 6am, after driving 11.5 hours on a road trip. The kindness of the waitress and great food made for a great start to the day :)

Casual creative and delicious. This is our new favorite escondido eatery. We can take our pup. The menu is varied, unique and well executed. My fave is the camaron taco. My husband loves the chili relleno taco. They have vegan, gluten free items.

I have this about once a year or so and am disappointed every time! The service was great but the sandwich just doesn’t hit it. Fat, gristle, and the chicken doesn’t even cover the little gluten free bun. Extra pickle is four slices, all in one spot on the bun. We waited for our order which is cool cause this means it will be fresh…ugghhh the fries were just above room temp! Oh and I paid for pepper jack cheese to add luster to the grilled chicken…they forgot it!!! Too late cause we arrived 5 minutes before closing! Bummer! I gave the 4star cause the guys were happy and congenial. On top of this, my husband loved his sandwich and the peppermint shake is fire!

Great experience. I have celiac and have to eat gluten free. Our server was very knowledgeable about what was safe. My food was very flavorful and my margarita was good too.

OMG, just SO GOOD! My friend and I stopped here on our way to Temecula - it's really hard to find vegan food as is, but GOOD vegan food is impossible UNTIL NOW! We shared the guac which was outstanding! Then when our food came, our jaws hit the floor! Beautiful presentation and huge portions! My friend got a burrito the size of her head lol and I got the Gordita Plate (Gluten Free option) and added cheese and sour cream. I don't have words to describe how delicious everything was! The cucumber drink was so refreshing and the horchata was perfectly sweet as my liquid dessert. I can't wait to go back!

Great dinner place to go as a couple or a group! We went here for New Year’s Eve. They made it festive with decorations and a preset menu to help things more quickly and smoothly with more people coming in. I had the short rib, and it was delicious!! Our server was friendly, helpful with my questions about gluten free options, and made our dinner a good experience. The views were beautiful. They had live music upstairs. We’d love to come back again!

Double check your ticket/ check before paying. My family and I visited this place last week while in town and noticed that our bill was incorrect and when I asked for them to change it, the guy argued saying it was the correct prices. I had to show him the menu and it was only then he changed it. If they make this “ mistake “ with every patron it can definitely add up for them. On the other hand this place was pretty busy and is favored by a lot of locals which we can see why. The menu is huge and offers many Asian cuisines from mostly Vietnamese, some Chinese, some Thai and even a couple Filipino dishes and is even vegan & gluten free friendly. Half my family is vegan so this is a great place for both omnis and vegans due to their options. Since it was listed as a Vietnamese restaurant and saw the menu was mostly Vietnamese Cuisine, we all just got different Phos and I love that they have a true pho flavor soup that was made with veggies and the traditional pho spices. It was tasty and packed with fresh veggies BUT it was definitely on the sweeter side. Even the broth felt sticky after it spilled a little on the table. I’m not sure if this is the norm here or just that day that they put way too much rock sugar in their broth but either way it was too much for me.

It was early for a Wednesday dinner so there were few cars in the lot. And the way the place looks, we almost turned away, but decided to take a chance. Boy we’re glad we did. The food and the service were great! Three of our party had gluten free sandwiches, the one cook in our group smelled the fried chicken upon entry, and it lived up to his expectations. Get a slice of pie for dessert. They’re home made, including the whipped cream.

This place is delightful, the inside is really cute with a big fake tree and string lights. The boys are private and comfy. The service was really good, we had a server named Destiny who was efficient and kind. My Mom has the chicken fried steak and biscuits and she loved it. I would've given 5 stars, but there are zero gluten free items and if you order a dish modified to be gluten free, it's stripped of everything that makes it good. They even make their hollandaise with wheat! It was so disappointing! I dreamed of gf beignets..... but my dreams were crushed.

The good is that there are gluten free items on their menu and staff seemed knowledgeable. Staff were friendly and nice. Prices were high. Presentation was very nice on items ordered. The shrimp cocktail very good and not skimpy. The octopus starter dish Super chewy, not done properly. MaiTai was very good. Old Fashions came with nothing to stir with so folks were complaining about that. The Tiger Shrimp and Grits...shrimp was good, the grits were too thick and gummy, the whole plate very salty. Over all a meh experience and we won't be going back. Too expensive for a meh experience.

Applebee's is one of my favorite places to eat for many reasons. In fact, three reasons are 1) the food is usually prepared as requested; 2) the service is outstanding and the prices are reasonable. They seem to value customers no matter is they have special dietary questions like what's gluten-free?; can I have double broccoli?; or can you ask the chef if there's peanut, eggplant, gluten in the entrée or sauce due to my allergy or food restriction? Finicky eaters are treated gracefully so here's a public, "Thanks, Applebee's Staff." We all, of course, left a 20% tip! 💕

My favorite fast food burger. Love their coupons and usually get the bacon cheeseburger combo. Great price and really delicious. I can't eat gluten, so I leave off the bread and eat both burger patties with the fries. It's plenty of food. Also, love their frosted, frozen cokes for occasional treats--especially when it's this hot. They also get food out very quickly whether ordering in person or from the app. This location is WAY BETTER than the one near Auto Park Way and the Target. It's run better, the staff are friendlier and more knowledgeable, and they usually have everything in stock.

IHOP, despite being short-staffed with just one server and one cook during my visit, managed to deliver a satisfying meal. The wait for food and service was longer than usual, but the quality and taste of the dishes were commendable. For what it is - a very humble taco shop - it was good. I must eat gluten free - I did not get sick after having rice/beans/ bean tostada/ beef taco. The man at the register was able to answer my questions about ingredients. The beef taco was full of like-roast-beef and was squeezed close at the top so that the filling stayed inside. All tacos should be that way! It was fried till crisp and NOT GREASY! So good! My normal-eating husband liked the carnitas burrito and was unable to finish it. This place is NOT a looker, and the food comes in styrofoam boxes. The salsa bar is especially humble. But ( I presumed) local working guys were in and out the whole time - this place feeds the neighborhood ( lots of small businesses, again NOT a looker). Have a taco here! I'll order two next time.
