I ordered an omelette and what a got was a pancake looking thing that tasted nothing like eggs. After some research online I found out that they put flour in their omelets. I am on a low carb diet and this totally pissed me off. Especially since no where on the menu do they mention this. This is not right what about people who are gluten intolerant. I used to love this place but now I will never go there again.

A great place to eat with a vegan focus that is good for the body and the budget. Had one of their "" sandwiches and the combination of their ingredients was well balanced and flavorful. Friendly staff, and gluten free options mean this is a place I will likely be coming back to often.

One of my favorite places. The food is great and they offer Gluten-free bread for their breakfast options. The coffee is fantastic, they always have a new special and the Baristas know how to make great coffee.

Super friendly super clean pick-up option or Order ahead online. Even though all of the current covid-19 are in place, there was still such a peaceful and compassionate atmosphere. Very friendly masked worker came to greet me at the ordering stand and patiently made suggestions as it was my first time there. As you can see, the avocado toast, which is on homemade gluten-free sourdough bread, is gorgeous and tasty! Honestly 4 people could eat this easily! :-) I ordered the vegan cashew milk pirate chai matcha iced and it is out of this world! So good to know I have vegan gluten-free options when I take my dog to be groomed in Vista and need to kill some time close by!

What a great experience ! How have we not known about this place. The service was great. Nice outdoor seating. Menu was so extensive. Our biggest problem was deciding what to order. There were so many amazing, creative, healthy and fun options. The spinach Florentine eggs Benedict was fantastic. The steak hash was great as well. Lots of gluten free options as well. Highly recommend!

Look at them freshly slice the deli meat ! Every time I come in with my kids we all walk out full and satisfied. The staff makes sure you get what you want . They have daily and monthly specials . Their catering services are amazing at last minute orders . They have breakfast, vegan, low carb and gluten free options . Love this family owned business .

We found this adorable coffee shop while staying in Vista. We arrived just before closing and they took great care of our large group. The barista, who I think is the owner, was very friendly and made us feel welcome. There was plenty of outdoor seating. Their taste in decor/atmosphere was on point, definitely vibing. Even our elementary age girls commented later how much they liked the shop. The coffee was delicious; they offered seasonal flavors and plenty of non seasonal flavor options (our family is particularly drawn to floral flavors, and they were in abundance!). Also, don’t skip out on the desserts! I had the gluten free espresso tartlette 👌🏻 can’t wait to visit again!

I especially like Taco Tuesday, when a 2-taco lunch, including avocado slices, can be had for $6, but every day is a good day at Mr. Taco! Clean, friendly, and easy to eat GF (gluten free). Vibe of the place is upscale fast food, but it’s consistently tasty, well-prepared and presented. If you can judge a place by its restrooms (and of course you can) it’s an A+
Good food. I ate the pollo asada salad as my gluten free choice. Crispy lettuce and tasty chicken. The margarita was a little sweeter than I'm used to, but it was good. Nice atmosphere and good service. We sat outside and it was cool and relatively noise free.
The food is outstanding and the staff always friendly. Although they don't have a gluten free menu, they are quick to answer my questions regarding gluten content of menu items and let me order what I want to accommodate my personal dietary restrictions.
My friend and I just stop in when in the area for their dark roast coffee, which is very good. Altho the bread and cookies look and smell great, we're gluten free.
I love love love this coffee shop. If I lived closer I would come daily! Enjoy their gluten free avocado toast and the soup of the day they also have great sweet treats even for gf people
