I am a bit disappointed. I am sure there is a good reason. The traditional breakfast is kinda lame if you need Gluten free toast. At least it is an option.
A women-led, Black-owned haven for vegan delights, highly recommended for its hearty dishes and rich desserts.

We just had a wonderful meal here. The staff/owners were super friendly! The food was awesome and fit the bill exactly! I had the chick'n sandwich with fries, my wife had a breakfast wrap, and we shared a piece of cake. All vegan, all gluten-free, all kosher. We loved it, and we'll be back!
The Atmosphere is a little out of their control as it is in the DE-CO space. The table setup is like an old-school cafeteria, which felt welcoming, just could have been a little cleaner at the time. Again, not their fault. :)
The food was pretty good, unfortunately there doesn't seem to be very many gluten-free options for those with gluten sensitivity or allergy. Also, a little on the expensive side.
Charming spot with good portion sizes, convenient parking, and a cozy, stylish dining area perfect for a quick break during your day out.

We stopped for lunch while sightseeing nearby. The kitchen staff easily accommodated our gluten and lactose intolerances. We had the chicken salad sandwich on gluten free bread, a turkey sandwich on a baguette, and a gluten free raspberry bar - delicious! Portion sizes are good and potato chips accompany sandwiches. Parking is very convenient; either on-street or right in front of the building. Comfortable seating in a nicely decorated dining area.
A historic yet modern spot that brings a unique bowling concept to life, plus a lively atmosphere perfect for gathering with friends.

We had an amazing experience! We tried the Thursday tasting menu special and it was so much fun. We got to try 12 different things on the menu. The pork belly and crab dip were amazing! The crab cake and shrimp and grits were equally delicious. There were great gluten free options. The manager was very friendly and answered all our questions. The space was both historic and modern. We would definitely come again. Even took home a Photo Booth souvenir!
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with unique Oaxacan-inspired dishes, refreshing margaritas, and an array of tasty appetizers for a fun time!

Unique, delicious food! I had the Tlayudas Oaxaquenas - like a Oaxaca pizza(?). It’s smothered in delicious toppings I couldn’t name and rocked my world. Adventurous and gluten free! My companion had Enchiladas Coloradas and they were also delicious.

We ordered our office lunch for 6 of us. The food arrived well packaged and was delicious. Everyone couldn't stop talking about it. The Croque Monsieur had the perfect combination of flavors (Boro Cafe even made us one with Gluten Free Bread) and they were grilled to perfection. The Cobb salads were beautiful and enjoyed. The Bacon and Egg sandwich with a side of potatoes was a great match with the sautéed onions on the potatoes. We order from Boro Cafe frequently and highly recommend them. Their pastries along with Gelato are must haves. Enjoy!
6 friends and myself came for brunch on a Saturday morning.
We were immediately greeted by an owner and our server, Jane, who offered to let us choose which table best fit our needs.
In all, we had the coffee (fantastic), pomegranate mimosa (coming back for more of those), iPA (loved it just like Jane promised we would), Brunch on Bow, Bloody Mary, and lagerita.
Jane helped us navigate the menu, assisting with gluten-free needs and substitutions. Our first time chicken and waffle adventurer loved her meal, we highly recommend the maple bacon fries and loved the bananas foster French toast, breakfast flatbread, carnitas omelet and bomboloni breakfast burger.
We were checked on by Jane, a manager, and a co-owner who were all phenomenally down to earth and hospitable. We were made aware of new menu features, Valentine’s Day events, their VIP club, happy hour specials, and a meet and greet with the second co-owner Fabio.
We will be returning very soon!
With an uplifting vibe and a variety of options, this spot serves great coffee and offers a delightful experience worth the visit!

Gianni’s Pizza in Wilmington is one of those places that the locals frequent. I know this because locals turned me on to the place, and for good reason. This is a classic Italian eatery for great thin-crust pizza (many, many to choose from) by the pie or slice, fantastic cheesesteaks and loaded subs. The business here is quite robust in this rather small pie-wedge shaped brick building. There is seating available outside and on the second floor. Gluten-free pizza dough is also available. Highly recommended.
What a wonderful Wilmington gem! Chic vibe, great staff, good coffee, and even Gluten Free wraps! Definitely one of my favorite breakfast places in the Wilmington area!
Enjoy a vibrant vibe with great music while indulging in delicious options and attentive service that go the extra mile.

Lots of great gluten friendly options. I got the gluten free Belgian Waffles and they were pretty good. The waitress gave me bacon instead of sausage like I ordered and she fixed it by giving me extra sausage! Awesome! Nice. It was also nice to be able to listen to some Gladys Knight and Otis Redding while I was enjoying my waffles. I would come back again.

I love Goobers diner, it's a fun treat when my husband and I want to go out for breakfast on the weekends. They have gluten free rolls which I like and the omelettes are always a good go to. The atmosphere is always nice and I appreciate that the owner almost always comes over to say hi to everyone. I would love it if they had even more allergy friendly options on the menu since I have a gluten and dairy allergy.
Nice place and nice people! Came for breakfast and as I can’t eat gluten, hence no breakfast sandwich for me, the cook gave me avocado and tomato to add to my eggs. The guys working here are super friendly and make special touches. Def will come back.
