I’m from Memphis. I know my barbecue and this is the BEST barbecue in town. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but the brisket is the show stopper. Close second would be the ribs. For sides, I love the fries, collards, slaw, and beans because I am gluten free and dairy free. My family loves the mac-n-cheese and the loaded potato salad. If you go when the Cuban sandwich is in the menu - get it. Unlimited sweet tea and water. The service is AMAZING. The staff is friendly and attentive. The owner is good as gold. Go early because they run out of the good stuff. You won’t regret it.
Alessi made our gluten free cake and cupcakes for our wedding. They were delicious. The cake was stunning and all the cupcake variations we discussed were perfect. It was wonderful to have them be a part of our special day.
