I ordered a special catering meal for a family dinner and was absolutely blown away by both the service and the food! They went above and beyond—creating a custom menu just for us, making flatbread per my special request (even a gluten-free version!), and communicating quickly and kindly throughout the whole process. When I came to pick it up, the staff was so friendly and welcoming—they even had me sampling things at the counter! I genuinely felt like I was at home. Everything was delicious, and I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

Googled restaurants in Ankeny because we were there today. Chose this one because of the good reviews and LOTS of gluten free options! My daughter has celiac disease and it's so hard to find places with gluten free options, especially bread/buns. Very pleased with our meals, friendly staff, cleanliness, and very fair prices especially for the quantity of food. We will be back!

My wife and I like coming here and enjoying the Mediterranean food, since they usually have gluten free options available. It was a last minute decision to choose to go and knowing full well that it was 8:45pm, I went anyways with guilt knowing it is getting close to closing time. I got into the store at 8:52pm, and I went in to get an order for my wife to go. The workers behind the counter asked 'What do I want?' I asked if I could just do a gluten free wrap or pita to go. They said they only working on online orders for the last ten minutes of the store being open. So, I said okay, no argument because it's late and just looked at my watch saying 8:53 and the sign on the door saying 9pm. I am just wanting clarification on closing times and expectation from the restuarant.

ziggis is hands down the best place for coffee, a snack, meeting with friends, and great customer service.
my drink is always delicious and never too bitter or too sweet, this place has never done me wrong. the place is always clean, the staff is always ready to go. i love coming here & even the smoothies are a banger. the gluten free options are so good too.
i recommend this place for everyone! i am upset that there has been construction blocking off partial access to ziggis, but its worth the detour every time. go to ZIGGIS!

Asked for the spicy grilled chicken and gluten free bread, they gave me breaded chicken with no toppings and gf bread… not only is that logically incorrect, but that is the most frustrating thing I’ve ever.
Staff is super friendly! Coffee and donuts are always fresh! Visited today and cashier gave me the coupons without asking! Gluten free brownies now available! Love this place!

My family and I love coming to this place! They offer authentic Irish foyer and you would believe that you’re sitting in the middle of Ireland at one of their famous pubs! I really really like that they offer gluten-free friendly items and they have quite a bit on the menu to choose from! it’s a very cozy spot right in the district and even if you are afraid of trying Irish items, they have plenty of other stuff that if you’re interested and more traditional American food also really great alcoholic options and their patio is nice to sit out on when it’s a nice day out!
Food was VERY GOOD. Delicious and beautifully served. Gluten-free buns available for all sandwiches. Prices are all over the place... some items are a great deal, others are lofty. Service is hit or miss. We had to wait quite awhile for our silverware after our food was delivered. But we should have spoken up sooner. Try this place for lunch, if you've never been here. We will be back for the FOOD... and will hope for a little better service next time. During March Madness, they have an All You Can Eat Boneless Wings and Fries Special for $10. They are delicious.
