We had one of the best waitress were probably ever had! At first, my food was not prepared the best ( they were busy) BUT. It was fixed quickly, without fuss and was delicious. I actually just sat and didn't say anything. She noticed and just took action. The gluten free pancakes are fantastic and you can get different kinds, not just one note. OJ is made fresh in the restaurant. Tip: Expect to wait a bit. A large party, call ahead.
Stylish and accommodating, this spot excels in creating memorable gatherings with a diverse menu and exceptional service that keeps guests happy.

Great gluten-free options! Thank you Wonderful server “Tarn” that went above and beyond to help us out with our specific food and dietary requests. Started with the bubble bar flight, then had the apple and fig salad, so good. Ended with the lobster and gluten-free Mac, but traded out the lobster for steak and it was delicious.
Experience a vibrant atmosphere with a unique menu design, perfect for families and pets, plus great outdoor seating for larger groups.

We have been here twice now, and both times, the experience was great. They have gluten-free options on their menu, which is why we tried them in the first place. The servers were attentive and personable. Sometimes, the music is too loud, in my opinion, which makes it harder to carry on a conversation, but all in all, I definitely recommend Rock & Brews.
Immerse yourself in a charming Parisian vibe with stunning Eiffel Tower decor, quick service, and fun crepe-making classes for all ages.

Wonderful experience!! I went to the crepe making class they have in the evenings with my family. Our teacher, Caroline, and the assistant/waiter, Asher, were both excellent! The class is incredibly streamlined and well designed, so much so that everyone in our 9 person class (with varying ages and degrees of baking experience) was able to make their crepes successfully. They even have vegan, gluten free, and lactose free substitutes for their ingredients! I would highly recommend this class if you want to give a gift to someone who likes experiences or if you want to do something special for an event.

Homemade goodness! This little bakery did a big order for our party, but I love dropping in for a couple take home treats. My faves are the baklava, carrot cake, and Scottish shortbread cookies! They even have gluten free options, dog treats, and macaroons.

Sampling Ukraft’s Fall menu additions during the Foodie Fam takeover.
What stands out about Ukraft is their commitment to inclusivity when it comes to dietary needs. #stlouispescatarianapproved for sure and very friendly to gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and other dietary preferences.
We sampled the entire fall menu, and it was a delightful combination of flavors. The ingredients were clearly crafted with care, and the result was tasty and satisfying.
The “why” behind Ukraft is clear – they aim to provide a healthier alternative using fresh ingredients crafted from scratch. It’s evident in the taste and quality of the food they serve.
The convenience of ordering through dine-in, pick-up, delivery, or even catering, including their Food Truck for private events, is a great offering.
Ukraft’s presence with three locations in Downtown, Clayton, and Chesterfield makes it accessible to a wide audience. And for coffee lovers, their coffee club is a fantastic addition. It’s a place where you can not only enjoy delicious and healthy food but also appreciate the thought and dedication that goes into each dish.
Got some burgers to go last night. I ordered the brick house burger on Gluten free bun and my girlfriend ordered the brick house impossible burger with garlic mustard aioli sauce.
Pretty sure we both got impossible burgers and they forgot her sauce, but I called and the bartender and asked him about the burgers and he said that’s how thin their regular burgers are too and that they’re pretty much the same as far as size goes.
Highly do not recommend this place for burgers, the real ones taste and look like the fake impossible ones.
Strict mask rules and you must sign in. Good menu with plenty of options still. They have Gluten Free pancake and waffle options 🙂so happy and very tasty. Good seating separation. Good place to eat.
An inviting entrance sets the tone for a unique dining experience, with stellar service and a vibrant menu that'll leave you craving more!

The GRAND entrance:
Pushing my mother in for our first ever visit, the hostess came running to try to help with the door! Immediately, I was impressed with that sort of concierge seating/greeting experience, and then upon entry, I saw "Be Kind" written on their easel! Both made me happy we had chosen to come, and we hadn't even at that point even been seated or tasted the food!
Seating NO ONE'S beating:
Approaching the table, it was swift and hands-on despite the wheelchair as several TEAM players assisted in pulling a chair, seating Mom on an open aisle, and in a comfy spot without the need for us to say or do a thing. Needless to say, we were HIGHLY impressed at this point as I can honestly say I have NEVER had this sort of courteous seating anywhere with Mom!
Vittles that lasted about as long as a paper shirt in a bear fight:
I will NEVER do the food justice with words, but when I say it all lasted about as long as a paper shirt in a bear fight?! That is country slang for hoo-we-mama, we greedily downed that food and almost cried when it was gone! The menu first of all was limitlessly overwhelming if I had to say anything 'negative', but I mean that as a HUGE compliment, and as God is my witness, I do not lie, I HATE breakfast foods! But when I tell announced mid-way through devouring my breakfast tostada carnitas, "This is THE BEST FOOD I MAY HAVE EVER eaten" (not just breakfast foods were being drawn into comparison), I reiterated, by emphatically saying, "Again, I'm saying, NOT just the best breakfast food I've ever eaten, b/c ya'll KNOW I don't even LIKE breakfast food...this is THE BEST FOOD I have ever eaten!" It was expertly spiced, nutritious, and alternatively breakfast-y! (And, yes, I KNOW I'm using a lot of exclamation marks, but, ya'll?! This food was delicious, and rarely do I EVER say that as I am gluten free, don't like breakfast food, and am picky as picky can be because I am an admittedly good down home, Southern-inspired, Paula Deen type cookin' mother of three, and as I say, "Ya'll, I didn't get hips this size from skippin the butta" 😉!
Drinkin's not just for Friday nights, mama:
Holy Mary Mother of God, you have GOT to try the seasonal Juice Bar fixins, their take on Sangria, and/or the Bloody Mary. Period. End of story. Don't cry to me if you choose to ignore this one piece of advice. I will tell you to talk to the ✋🏾if you try.
Service ... (ask for Kim, but tip like it's Nicole) 😉
Gluten-Free Options APLENTY:
Part of my hesitancy in eating out is, as I mentioned, due to having to cook at home and the fact that I grew up in a home where mama cooked every meal and we scarfed it up by leaving no crumb behind. But usually, g/f food is hard to find, limited in scope, boring, and without flair or imagination. This place? The choices were almost as plentiful as the non-g/f options were, and EQUALLY as gorgeous on the plate and as yummy or yummiest than traditional breakfast fare like the others chose to eat! That carnita tostada was heavenly and with the fruit sprinkled with tajin?! My fresh-squeezed watermelon juice on the side? When I say I was almost wistful when it was all over, I do not lie!
My suggestion? GO EARLY...these west county folks arrive in droves about 9:45-10 am, but the early crowd was quiet, lighthearted, and peaceful.
This spot stands out for its attentive service and personalized care, ensuring everyone feels welcome and taken care of.

Big thank you to Kylie and Brendon who were so great at helping me identify which foods were celiac friendly. Best service for celiac needs I have had anywhere. Thank you!
