Our family has Celiac. I used to trust the gluten-free practices but the last few times I ordered they give me breaded chicken. Tonight the order was messed up again and the manager didn't seem to understand the reason for changing gloves. We won't be eating the food we got tonight because I know it's not safe. Management treated it like a joke..

We had a huge party, 20+ people, and they were still super speedy. Everything was tasty and they had good knowledge of which menu items were gluten and onion free.
They forgot the sharks on my Shark Bowl, but brought them out later when mentioned.
Love their gluten free options.

We are at the IHOP in front of the outlet mall. Food was excellent (gluten friendly pancakes were delicious!!), bacon and hash browns cooked as requested. Outstanding service by Hector! So friendly, helpful, quick and energetic. So happy to have had my birthday breakfast here!
