Those are made with almond milk, hence dairy free, and end up being vegan as well. You can get any of their specialty pancakes or waffles with the gluten-free recipe. Original Pancake House is my go-to for gluten-free pancakes. They are fluffy and delicious, which is quite a feat since most gluten-free pancakes taste eggy or cardboard-y. My personal favorite is their chocolate chip pancakes. I also highly recommend the Santa Fe Omelette; it's the highlight of my Sunday brunch routine! The only downside is that they don't offer delivery.
