What a wonderful wonderful place to bring your loved ones and enjoy a meal around the table. The only that was better than the food was our server Jaden. Jaden’s attentiveness throughout the meal was remarkable. He took the time to introduce himself and asked if it was our first visit, showing a genuine interest in our experience. When he discovered it was our first time, he eagerly recommended some of the restaurant’s signature dishes, which turned out to be spot-on suggestions. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her descriptions of the dishes were both mouth-watering and informative. One of the most commendable aspects of Jaden’s service was his impeccable timing. He checked in with us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed, but never hovered or interrupted our conversations. Our drinks were refilled promptly, and the courses arrived at a perfect pace, allowing us to enjoy each dish without feeling rushed or neglected. Jaden’s recommendations truly enhanced our dining experience. We opted for the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes & the Huevos Rancheros, both of which were divine. His detailed descriptions helped us make our choices, and it was evident that he had a deep understanding and appreciation of the menu. He even suggested a delightful lemonade that paired wonderfully with our meal. Jaden went above and beyond by accommodating special requests and dietary restrictions with ease. One of our party members has a gluten intolerance, and Jaden ensured that their meal was prepared accordingly, checking with the kitchen and confirming the details with us. His proactive approach and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. In conclusion, Jaden’s exceptional service transformed our brunch into a memorable experience. His warm hospitality, attentiveness, and expert knowledge of the menu were truly commendable. I came here for my wedding rehearsal it was amazing, super nice atmosphere! Especially having a dairy/gluten allergy they made sure everything was safe for me! Jenna was my waiter and she was the cherry on top! Super nice and informative and very friendly. I came back the next day with my dog and she recognized me, congratulated me even came to give my dog water! I will definitely be coming back again!

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, as it is not something I enjoy doing and I like to give the benefit of the doubt. However, this experience was probably the worst I’ve ever had at any restaurant. To start, we asked for our wings to be extra crispy, they were not crispy at all. In fact, they were on the soggy side. We were more than willing to overlook this, not a huge deal. We asked for ranch dressing for the wings. It took 25 minutes and asking three times to finally get the dressing. When we ordered our food, I made it clear that I had a gluten allergy and asked what my options were as far as sides for my sandwich. The waitress was very unsure so she said she would ask the kitchen and get back to me. There was zero communication about it after that. After 20 minutes of her walking past us, we had to stop her and ask her what my options were again. She said that I couldn’t have fries so that she told the kitchen to just give it to me with the potato chips that it comes with. So we then asked if the potato chips were gluten free, again she was unsure and said she would ask the kitchen. Once again, no communication for 20 minutes. We stopped her again and she said that they were also not gluten free. I came very close to being exposed to gluten and served potato chips, had we not asked again. She then said since I can’t have fries or chips that she told the kitchen to not give me anything on the side. Never mentioned or offered a side salad, which was gluten free. I had to ask for it. This side salad came out immediately, well before my meal came out. The sandwich barely had any chicken in it, it was dry, and fell apart as soon as I picked it up. I was blown away at how terrible the service was and I will never be back to this restaurant.

I love Playa Bowls. My teen daughter and I could probably eat them daily if we had unlimited funds for daily fruit bowls. However, on my most recent visit, I ordered three bowls on their app. Two were identical pitaya bowls except that one requires gluten free granola (Celiac). My daughter picked up the bowls and when she got to me, we saw that the bowls weren't labeled. There was no way to tell which one was GF. I had to go back to the store and ask. The attendent opened each bowl and dug under the fruit to look at the granola and tell me which was which. This experience was disappointing and inconvenient, which is why i couldn't give 5 stars.

Went for a sunrise bagel on the beach! Pretty great bagels! The only thing was I didn’t realize they don’t automatically toast the bagels so if you’d like your bagel toasted make sure you ask! Other than that it was very good especially since they have options for my vegan and gluten-free friends!
