My mother and I went for lunch. We were seated in the back room, which was really loud due to there being a lot of people in there. So we moved out to the main room. I had blt sandwich. Frankly, it was the smallest blt sandwich I have ever received at a restaurant. Two slices of toast, mayo, two slices of bacon, two teeny slices of tomato, a sprinkling of shredded iceburg lettuce. The fries were really good; crunchy and had a lot of flavor. My mom ordered the All American breakfast. She opted for a ham slice that was half an inch thick and the size of a cup saucer. She eats gluten-free and ordered gluten free toast. They have gluten-free bread and pancakes that I know of. She had plenty to eat and had leftovers. We both had coffee, which was delicious! Fresh, hot, not too strong, not too weak, and they kept it coming!

They had some gluten free options for a family member who has allergies. We did talk to a manager to get clear information, but the staff were polite and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great breakfast spot! My wife and I both had huge meals at a reasonable price. I had the Big Boy. It was so big that I couldn't finish it, which is very rare. It can with two enormous pancakes, ham, bacon, sausage, eggs and hash browns. I added chocolate chips to my pancakes and they were great! The only possibly improvement could've been real maple syrup. My wife got the gluten free lemon blueberry pancakes! She was very happy or have such a huge variety of gluten free pancakes flavors. She loves them. Our server Carlos was great! We ordered a gluten free wedding cake and the cupcakes company totally delivered. Even with the recent difficulty with supply chain issues they made it happen. The cake was incredible and I would definitely recommend.

At first I was so excited to finally have a place that has a menu for those who suffer from gluten & dairy allergies. The gentleman at the counter was so nice, I got ahead of myself because of the excitement, and simply forgot to ask for gluten-free on my melt. The women was then so rude, made me pay for the whole meal twice, even though I hadn't touched the original melt. I've been a chef for a better part of a decade, and I've never experienced this...ever. Almost had a forever customer..but unfortunately customer service is everything in the food industry. Thank you to the kind gentleman than "made it with love". You were very sweet. But the woman needs understand she's making the whole place look bad. Fifty dollar melt....

Fabulous! Delicious, flavorful, filling food in a great space! The indoor and outdoor seating is comfortable with plants and games and fun music. The staff are friendly and the food is fresh and served hot. Everything is available gluten free, and you can choose your spice level. They have a ton of variety, easy to see menus, and breakfast all day is perfect. Surprising number of drink options. Great easy location. My new favorite spot!

Wow! The food was delicious, patient and courteous staff. We have dietary restrictions with gluten and dairy and there are so many options! I can't tell you how delicious the food was and my husbands almond milk mocha! Can't wait to go back!

I discovered this place a month ago and I’ve been frequenting it on the regular. First off, the staff are wonderful. They are all very unique and welcoming personalities. I’ve tried a few different things from the menu. My favourite is the Blueberry Bowl with gluten free granola. So delicious and nutritious. Highly recommend supporting this place and enjoying the good vibes :)

Beautiful aesthetic! We choose this place to satisfy various dietary restrictions in the group (gluten free, vegan). They had a vast menu offering to cater to different diets. Lots of yummy toast options. I got the brisket tacos which were good but not great, the scrambled eggs were lacking for and seemed dry and too crumbly. I ordered a side of chipotle aioli which were a nice addition to the tacos and breakfast potatoes. I want so badly to give this place 5 stars, I just wasn’t crazy impressed. Maybe I need to go back and try again, but for now 4 stars is what I feel good about. Overall, the group seemed to enjoy this place.

The food was good. I would have liked if some of the dishes with flour tortilla had been available with corn tortillas as I am gluten-free. Another great option would be black beans or black refried beans and vegan cheese. It was a lot of food. No one walked away hungry. That is not always the case when teen boys are involved. Service was outstanding!!!!

YOU WANT TO EAT HERE. We were fueling up and saw the food truck. We love Mediterranean food so we stopped by--and we'll be back tomorrow! Google page said closed but the truck was open. The owner stacks his own meat and was very aware and knowledgeable of my need to be gluten free (he does *not* use flour in the layers!). Super nice guy. I'm obsessed with the salad and my husband devoured his Bazuuka. We both got the pickled cabbage, tzatziki, and feta add-on. I got spice level 6, husband got 8 (choice of 1-10) and it was all so perfect. You gotta try this place. It's the real deal. Thanks Al!

Very good coffee here! A nice change to the parking lot stand coffee chains around here. Consistently good coffee and a nice selection of pastries both normal and gluten free

Always friendly and quick service. I love that they now carry almond milk and gluten free Bo Bars. Coffee never tastes burnt, they use a little bit darker roast coffee than Dutch Bros.

Always Awesome and yes they are Fresh!! Many Gluten Free and Dairy Free options, just let the person who takes your order know. I don't order things with flour tortillas and asked for no cheese and sour cream (even though I really want them) because I have autoimmune reactions to both gluten and dairy, so far I haven't had a problem. Enjoy!!

Stop reading. Go make a reservation! Absolutely blessed to have this gem open up in Medford. Warm, inviting and extraordinary food and service. If you are a gluten free person, this is the place to eat! so many options! I will dream about he butternut squash soup with morel cream for days to come. the wine by the glass list is small, but don't be fooled there are very well chosen wines to appeal to the many. new date night spot for sure, excited for the menu changes with the seasons

Solid Ground Coffee is the ground zero for all my business meetings. Need a productive spot? This place has the vibe. Need coffee strong enough to power a small city? They’ve got that too. Their breakfast burritos? Absolute perfection—pretty sure they could solve world peace if given the chance. And don’t even get me started on the scones; they're so good they should come with a warning label. Plus, homemade gluten-free treats that even gluten can’t compete with! If you’re not holding meetings here, you’re doing it wrong.
