The General Tso’s Cauliflower was crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend! Also ordered an enchilada bowl- they forgot my tortillas, but it tasted fine. My husband enjoyed his burger. Gluten free options clearly labeled on the menu. Would definitely return!

I absolutely love Imagine Vegan and to all my sweet tooth friends. The owner is an incredible baker serving up the best sweet treats in the city! When I'm craving something sweet, this is always my go-to place, and they have gluten-free options 😊. Stop in. You'll be glad you did!

Lots of coffee options, delicious! This place has a lot of character from plants to books to the company there. There are gluten free pastry options. I had a piece of blueberry bread! It was alright, not the best I’ve had but definitely a fun treat. They also have lunch options.
A fantastic breakfast destination known for its massive pancakes and exceptional breakfast potatoes, with plenty of marked vegan options.

Great breakfast spot! The pancakes are huge, and the breakfast potatoes are some of the best I've ever had. Today, I had the loaded grits, and they were sooooo good. Vegan and gluten-free items are marked on the menu, too.

They have a Gluten Free specific menu which was super helpful for my girlfriend. The bartender went out of his way to make sure everything could be prepared for her the way she needed.
We are so excited that we moved close by! They have gluten free options for all sandwiches, though not all menu items. However, they don't have gluten free kitchens. They have great service, am amazing salad bar, and free soft-serve!
The food was delicious! Cute atmosphere. They were able to accommodate my gluten free mod to the salmon Benedict. 😋 The hot chai was ok but not exceptional.
Expect a spacious vibe perfect for working, plus deliciously unique local baked treats that surprise everyone!

Excellent peppermint mochas! They have celiac safe, gluten free baked goods, which was a very pleasant surprise. The gluten free baked goods were packaged and made locally in a dedicated gluten free facility. Absolutely delicious!!

I recently discovered that I have Celiac disease, which made me worried about the foods I would have to give up, like pancakes. But then, I found out that Another Broken Egg Cafe offers gluten-free pancakes on its menu, along with a variety of other gluten-friendly options. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the pancakes, and since they are prepared to order, I could customize them to my liking. Moreover, our server, Chris, provided excellent service that exceeded our expectations. I'm looking forward to returning!
Always great, fresh wholesome food. Salad bar is top notch, all my favorites with hummus, sprouts, edamame, and balsamic vinaigrette. Lots of gluten free options if you need them.

Our first time in Memphis and we lived this place. We were greeted immediately by the staff, given a thorough rundown of the menu items with recommendations. We chose the Texas trio - ribs, brisket, and sausage. All 3 were outstanding. The mac and cheese was different, but really good. The Texas twinkie was a solid classic, and the cole slaw was cole slaw.
If we ever make it back to Memphis, we'll be back to Bains.
We had a gluten free member with us and she had zero issues.

My dining companion and I had a lovely dinner at Paulette's before going to the Orpheum. The service was really top notch and our view from our table looking out at the river at sunset was lovely. For food – the shrimp and pasta dish. (She asked for extra shrimp - no fish) then I had the pork tenderloin. In order to make sure I did not get gluten, I did not have any sauce with my pork tenderloin. I'm sure it would've been top-notch that I've been able to eat it. Well, it was quite good and the tenderloin tasty, it was disappointing, not to be able to have any sauce. It was also disappointing that they had no dessert that a celiac could have., but my dining companion got my old favorite(back when I was eating wheat flour) the strawberry crêpe, and I think she fell in love. All in all, highly recommended. I want to go back for brunch soon.
The Venezuelan stall is my FAVORITE. The carne mechada (shredded beef) arepa is one of the best I've ever eaten (and I used to live in Miami). My husband likes to get the pabellón criollo plate (with the same meat, fried ripe plantains, rice, and black beans) and we share the empanadas. Everything you see here is gluten-free, too! But if you have celiac there is a cross contamination risk.
Authentic and wonderful. Husband and wife who are a delightful couple. Very helpful if you are unfamiliar with the cuisine, as some of our party was. The food is amazingly flavorful with just the right amount of spice. My wife and son and gluten free and have never had any reaction from anything here and we eat here frequently. Yes, the injera is gluten free. I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly! If you have never had Ethiopian food, give it a try. It will be fun and you will love it.

Friendly, cozy place. Breakfast was amazing!
I had scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, grits, home fries, gluten-free toast, and what I think was honey butter. YUM!
All of it was delicious! I generally don’t care much for grits but these were maybe the best part of this perfect meal… creamy and delicious! The bacon was crispy and flavorful. The eggs were light and perfectly cooked (because the server asked if I wanted them scrambled hard or soft! )
My decaf coffee was delicious and my cup was filled frequently! Several friendly and welcoming servers pitched in to make sure I was taken care of even though the place was full, with several people waiting.
I hesitated to review it cuz I don’t want it to get too crowded since it’s so small, but it deserves a great review and hopefully it will be so popular they can expand soon!
I'm slowly switching back to being gluten free, so last night I tried the teriyaki and broccoli warm bowl, with a side Caesar salad. It was SO good! I wish Panera had a gluten-free bread option, because now that it's getting cooler, a bowl of their tomato soup, with a grilled cheese would be perfect!
Plant-based options and customizable smoothies make this spot a hit with families looking for healthy, tasty choices.

I love that they have plant based options and allow you to swap the dairy items for plant based options like oat milk. They also have Sun Warrior Vegan Protein Powder that is also gluten free. Pictured is my kids smoothies that I removed the dairy items and got them plant based oat milk & added vegan protein powder for an upcharge $0.99. They also allow you to customize by altering, removing, or swapping things. They also have smoothies that are already plant based vegan right on the menu. See pictures.
My Granddaughter is gluten free and she really enjoyed the gluten free French toast. The wait staff were very friendly and helpful with her gluten allergy.

Great local dive with some amazing tacos and solid gluten free options. Only thing to note is that the Street Tacos ($1.95ea) are tiny—reasonable for the price, but adding rice and beans is recommended.
Great customer service shines through a cake mishap, leading to tasty breakfast sandwiches and plans for more visits!

Definitely not gluten free friendly - told me they rarely have gf bread anymore bc something was wrong with it so they stopped ordering it. Also staff did not appear confident in the knowledge about what was available so we just walked out.
My go to at The Cupboard is the veggie plate. I have eating restrictions (gluten free is one) that keep me from enjoying many of their menu items. However, I do remember how good those little cornbread muffins were when I could eat them years ago.
The Turnip greens are fresh and not bitter. Their beans and peas are cooked, not just warmed up from a can, but they are not cooked to mush.
The service is generally slow, but friendly. Be prepared to wait on your food, your check, and in the line at the cash register to pay.
During the summer you can pick up some fresh tomatoes near the register along with some jellies and honey.

Saw what happened to your restaurant on the news. It was so unfair but if anything it gave you publicity bc anyone who didn't knew you existed, now do! Also, looks like you have some gluten free options so I will be stopping by in support as soon as I can. Standing strong with local business, much love and support!! Memphis strong!
We had a delicious breakfast at CIMAS. They have an original approach on some breakfast options. The fresh juices and coffee beverages were awesome. Many gluten free options.
This was one of the best gluten free buns I have ever had! Staff was very friendly and helpful! It's always hard finding gluten free options when traveling & this restaurant had great options.
Our last meal of a 4 night trip to Memphis was a perfect breakfast at Capriccio Grill (A steak-house at night…) at the historic Peabody Hotel. They service a modest breakfast buffet (not to be confused with the more grand-brunch buffet served on Sundays elsewhere in the hotel) which has all the basic breakfast items you need, done really well (unlike the same offerings at other hotels breakfast buffet which can seem a bit stale.)
This includes made to order egg and omelette dishes made in the kitchen at your request. The buffet itself had nice crispy biscuits (well done as biscuits sitting in a warming container in other buffets get a bit unpleasant after a while) BIG potato wedges, fruit and well done grits.
The star for me was the coffee which was brought to table in a large French press. This was bold and excellent. Way too often at basic breakfast restaurants, the coffee is mediocre tasting and not strong enough. It was perfect here.
Also also, they’ll do waffles for kids AND Kids eat free!!!! (That really rocked for us as we had 2 kids in the party!
My gluten free wife also appreciated the availability of gluten free toast.
This was a great, upscale breakfast experience…from the food to the service. We’re vegetarians so we probably wouldn’t pop in here for dinner…but this is a great spot for a really nice, upscale, breakfast buffet with basic offerings, and a great excuse to go into the fantastic and fun lobby of the Peabody hotel if you’re not already staying here.

They do offer gluten-free hamburger and hot dog buns. French Fries HAVE a separate Frier than the onion rings.
Cafeteria style ordering but It wasn't clearly indicated that there were sections (pizza/hot dogs/burgers all had there own section next to each other).
This place is a gem! The service is always great, and the space is gorgeous. Lots of open room, plenty to choose from on the menu, including (naturally gluten-free) maracons!

The liquor store diner is located in such a beautiful area. The restaurant deserves 5 stars indeed. It exceeded in all aspects of service today. The menu has options for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. Our server today was Anna Belle and she was great at managing the floor along with the rest of her team. The food was very fresh and drinks were on point. I highly recommend trying this place out and taking pictures before walking in.

I ordered for the first time from Sweet LaLa’s Bakery and had a great experience. The staff was mindful of what I needed, and made a rush order for a birthday possible. When I picked the cake up, I was greeted by a warm, modern atmosphere, and smiling faces. I was able to meet the manager, Robin, who was on site, and even purchased a gluten free rice krispy treat (I’m on a diet 🥲).
The cake was delicious, and my mother loved it. We celebrated her Birthday right and this cake hit the spot. Thank you again to the wonderful staff and manager for helping me make my mothers birthday special.

The Cuban Platter was very good. The beans had flavor and did taste Cuban style. I made mine gluten free and vegan by substituting the meat for the brussel sprouts. I wish they would of subbed it without a $4 upcharge, but the waitress did advise there would be an upcharge. I did not take any stars off since unfortunately most places charge for subbing to make things vegan. My friend got the Cuban Platter too, but she got the pull pork with it. She also enjoyed her meal. We are both of Hispanic descent and we're both pleasantly surprised at how good the meal was.

My favorite regular coffee spot! Food and coffee is consistently really yummy, and there’s a great casual atmosphere. Staff is welcoming and friendly! Also they usually have gluten free bread for breakfast sandwiches, and they’re been super nice and accommodating about my gluten intolerance and food allergies.
