Visited with a friend who has celiac. We were impressed with their knowledge of allergy v. eating preference. The gluten-free options were clearly marked and genuinely safe, which gave us both peace of mind. Even better, the food was fresh & flavorful.
We ordered the breakfast tacos, which came with a side of crispy potatoes. The tacos were generous in size and filled with bold, satisfying flavors. The empanadas were golden and crisp, with a perfectly seasoned filling that made them hard to share.
And the coffee? So good. Smooth, strong, and exactly the kind of cup that makes you want to come back for more.
This is not just a great gluten-free spot. It is a great food spot, period. We’ll be back.

Definitely will make you part of the Clean Plate Club!! I came here for Gluten free options and ordered Porkchop with the chutney, sweet potato fries, and Caesar salad.
My partner got steak with Chorizo&brussel sprouts and homemade fries.
Was so excited I didn’t take a before pic but definitely we ate everything and chugged our house made margarita 🌼

Standard chain restaurant offering lots of pancake options as well as some gluten-free pancake options. If you're interested in having pancakes anytime of the day, go to IHOP.
For those who are taking along and aren't interested in breakfast options, they do have chicken and sandwiches as well.
Little gem in Smyrna close to the new Publix.
Family owned and operated, the hostess and chef were very hands-on and accommodating.
Pleasant atmosphere, GREAT food, good value, very family friendly. Not specific gluten-free items, but plenty of g-f options anyway.
We'll definitely go back.

I helped Nessa with a gluten free delivery for her truck, and I was able to get a sticky toffee pudding in the process. Holy moly! My taste buds were zinging! I was quiet, busy zoning into the pleasure of what I was eating, while in the meantime my wife was commenting (we shared), “this is the best dessert I’ve had in such a long time!” and “oh my GOD!” We LOVE it.
