Very knowledgeable on the gluten-friendly options. This is the only place I know of in San Antonio that has gluten-friendly chicken fried steak, chicken fried chicken, onion strings, fried mushrooms, and cream gravy. Yes, you heard me right, gluten-friendly gravy. I danced with rapture at the 1st bite of a fried button mushroom gluten-friendly free that i have eaten in over 8 years. Every part of the meal was enjoyed, including the crustless gluten-friendly cheese cake. I dream about their fried mushrooms, so i limit my visites to once a month or every other month. Definitely on my list for a great meal.
A lively spot with a vibrant atmosphere, colorful details, and a variety of healthy options that make for a fun and unique dining experience.

Very pleasant experience. The waitress told me “we take allergies very seriously here. We don’t have a seperate GF menu because the majority can be made GF”.
Known for its amazing food and beautiful atmosphere, this spot offers a memorable dining experience with attentive service, even during busy nights.

The food is a-MAZ-ing!! Even had gluten-free options that were simply fantastic! We had the Shrimp & Grits and the Bay of Fundy Salmon to share so we could sample each other's food. Mom got the Vice cake and the flavors in it were awesome. Can't wait to come back!!
Wait staff ignorant about food allergies and what's on their menu--led to illness. Despite my asking specifically for a gf menu (which they don't have one for their Sunday's menu) I made sure waitress knew I was allergic to gluten and dairy. She didn't know at all what on the Sunday menu could be made gf, which surprised me, so manager had to come over to let me know. I then ordered from waitress based on manager's info and specified vegan cheese on my migas and lots of extra vegan cheese. Asked the corn tortillas be extra crispy, too. Very specific. Instead got lots of real cheese and didn't realize it til half way done eating it and after asking the manager if it was real cheese which she confirmed it was. I rarely have real cheese so I'm not used to the taste and had to make sure and ask. Also, apparently when you order crispy migas without the vegetables...they give you plain corn tortillas rolled up in aluminum foil on the side instead of cutting them up and cooking them with the eggs. I mean, seriously???? I basically had scrambled eggs w cheese and paid for cold corn tortillas on the side. Had to take benadryl, lactose pills and IB right then and now an hour later my head predictably aches and my face is still hot. Hoping I don't get the usual migraine from dairy. Great way to start a Sunday. Oh, and waitress ignored us completely from then on: no apology, no trying to make it right, no clearing table, no refilling waters-- she just waited on tables all around and ignored us entirely. We had to get up to ask for all above and even to ask for the check from manager. Before leaving I told manager she's the worst waitress I've ever had (shes got dark brown hair with purple colored ends), is dangerous to customers, and since I used to wait tables in college I know what it takes. The manager apologized and tried to make it right by removing my meal from the order and offering a gf cupcake to go (which is only reason for the high 2 stars rating), but she confirmed the waitress is NOT new. In summary, Sunday menu needs to be updated with gf info and staff needs some serious retraining on what their menu is made up of, what good customer service looks like, and the seriousness of food allergies and sensitivities. Place is dangerous until they do.
A welcoming spot that impresses with accommodating service and flavorful options, making airport dining a breeze for everyone.

As someone with gluten and dairy allergies, eating at the airport is something I thought I could never do. La Gloria changed that perspective for me! The waitress was super accommodating about my allergies and was super knowledgeable. Most of the menu is gluten free friendly, which is awesome! Not to mention, the food and margaritas were delicious!! Next time I’m in this airport, I’m going back!
Packed with a lively 50s/60s vibe, this spot offers a fun menu and a fantastic atmosphere perfect for families.

Diner Music, Super Fun Menu, Excellent Service
Max and Louie’s is almost always packed; but the staff is always in a groove (maybe it’s the 50s/60s soundtrack?); the service is cheerful and efficient.
The French Toast Grilled Cheese can be made Gluten-Free, so go ahead and order; the omelettes are fantastic; but don’t forget to get a homemade hot chocolate (with real Marshmallow and Cinnamon!)
Highly recommend

It's such a cute place for a quick bite and coffee. Iced teas are delicious. We are gluten-free nerds; they had a chocolate GF scone that was delicious, and they offer GF bread to substitute in your sandwich. Staff is friendly. Clean and well taken care of business. You can tell they take pride in their business.
Expect a mix of unique flavors and accommodating service, with various dishes and a rewards program that saves you money on your visit.

PF Chang's has come a long way with gluten free food prep. As a Celiac, I feel confident eating here now. Three favorites are Mongolian Beef, Pad Thai, and, of course, chicken lettuce wraps. Sign up for their rewards card (not a credit card) and always save a little on your meal. We've saved anywhere from seven to 20 dollars each visit. Plus, their food can't be beat for flavor and serving size. We always have leftovers, especially Pad Thai.
Known for its vibrant atmosphere and unique drinks, this spot offers a delightful experience that's worth any wait.

Wonderful and thoughtful service. Food is great, and the salsa is unique with a hint of smokey flavor.
On thoughtful service, I have a gluten allergy, and they were happy to accommodate it. They swapped out the flour tortillas for corn and cleaned the grill before preparing my meal. I told the bartender up front, and she communicated my needs to the kitchen. I was very glad with the level of service I received and the accommodations for my allergy.
One note, you need to order at the bar even if you're sitting at a table.
Vibrant vibes with spray-painted walls, guitars, and a killer soundtrack make this spot a must-visit for comfy seating and fun events like karaoke.

Classic Rock Coffee is So Fun!
I had no idea this was here! The Spray Painted walls, guitars, and album covers really tie together with the soundtrack.
There are comfy seats, and delicious lattes. Absolutely will be back! I had the "Cinnamon Girl" Latte and a Gluten-Free Muffin, neither were too sweet.
They'll be having karaoke nights, beer and wine soon, as well!
Most bbq places dont offer gluten free or low gluten options, much less the staff be knowledgeable. Nathan did a great job at pointing out to my lady who has a severe allergy to wheat, the products and foods she can order. Delicious and awesome food quality. Good ol Texas bbq essence
Food is great! I got the gluten-free bun on my green goddess sandwich, the bread was so soft , not all dried out like I've experienced at other places. Tasty all around 😋
