Somehow the food here has gone downhill. I have gluten issues so i order the salads. They used to be very good. First they forgot the chicken on my salad and then when i mentioned it they brought out what looked like a big unsliced piece of deli meat that was very flavorless and dry. That on top of lettuce that looked like it just came from a package of bagged iceberg lettuce. The tortilla soup was so spicy i couldnt eat it comfortably...but i was hungry and got very sick later. Im sorry but i eat better than this at home. The food here has changed and im so disappointed.
A family favorite for tasty options in a clean setting, with high praise despite mixed vibes from the staff; music would amp up the atmosphere!

We've been coming to this Schlotzsky's location for over 15 years now. My kids love the pizzas, and our gluten-sensitive family member makes an occasional splurge to enjoy an original sandwich. While I can't speak to ease of redeeming rewards or coupons, we have never had bad service here. I'll admit the staff and owners may not all be the most chipper, outgoing folks, but the food is tasty and the place is clean, and I don't require perkiness for a good dining experience. We recommend this location far more than the review average here would suggest.
Expect massive portions and delicious, fresh flavors that keep you coming back for more; perfect for sharing or enjoying the next day!

Wow is all I can say! I am a die hard Tex-Mex fan and was a little hesitant to try this place, but I am SO glad I did! Everything was so delicious and fresh!! Huge portions - we ate leftovers the next day warmed up in the air fryer and it might have been even better on the second day! We got the loaded fries, chicken tacos, LoneStar burrito, and bean and cheese burrito for our kids. Not one single item disappointed! I also have to eat gluten free and I was so happy to eat something so delicious without gluten. Super friendly staff too when carrying out. We will definitely be back!!
They did a nice job with spacing open tables for social distancing. Food was yummy and staff were helpful. Not an ideal place for kids with Celiac but they accommodated them by making a la carte eggs and bacon for them.
Enjoy melt-in-your-mouth treats, but be prepared for small and pricey drinks that may not match the usual café portion sizes.

I got the almond cranberry cookie (vegan and gluten free) and it was very tasty. The perfect melt in your mouth sweet and tart.
I also got an oat milk steamer, pictured. It is seriously over priced. They charged $4 (plus fees for non cow milk) for this tiny espresso size drink. For the same price at every other coffee shop I’ve gone to, I usually get a 10-12oz drink. So while I might go back for cookies, I won’t get a steamer there again.
Too cold for those accompanying children who are playing in the playroom. For us adults sitting there it gets chilly , they should crank down the AC, I bring an extra layer now that I know. Other than that, decent fast food and good table service. Bathrooms are clean. They carry gluten-free buns and you can request your fries to be cooked longer for crispiness
Great vibes and attentive service make for an enjoyable date night atmosphere worth experiencing.

Our host, Darryl and the 3rd floor manager, Shelby get a special shout out for great service. I also don't want to forget saying thank you to the kitchen manager (sorry I didn't get your name!) All three gave us excellent service and my wife and I had a great time. My wife has food allergies (gluten, fish and shellfish) the staff helped us find safe food and reassured us they would take the allergies seriously. She didn't have a reaction so all went well. We sure appreciate people willing to help us out, even if the answer is no sometimes, being honest and kind goes a long way. Thanks again for making date night successful!

This place is awesome! My sister and I were greeted with such generous hospitality at the door. Heather & Mazen were so kind in helping us & informing us about the cinnamon rolls. They are vegan and made with absolutely no diary or eggs as well as made fresh! They have fun choices to be picked from their signature rolls like Apple Cinnamon Pie or Campfire S’mores. You can also build your own cinnamon roll with a frosting and toppings of your choice! This place also makes their own cookie dough and it is so delicious! They serve dole whip for your gluten free folks along with several other sweet choices to choose from. I purchased the old fashioned cinnamon roll & it was fabulous! It didn’t taste vegan at aIl & I could really tell it was made with fresh ingredients. I will definitely be back for these great treats!!
I always get the chopped salad. They are decent with accommodations for food allergies such as Gluten or Celiac. This place is always willing to change their gloves, and make sure the food prep area is clean.

Ordered food here for pick up, because we decided to except for one thing. It’s so sweet and taste like they poured sugar instead of salt. , very disappointed probably not going back , and yes, I know just because it’s keto and gluten-free doesn’t mean it has be bland tasting unseasoned food , and by the way, the keto cheese grits dear Lord, I would shut my business down because I would be embarrassed by that… $64 down the drain should’ve took 20 and went to McDonald’s, if I can do zero stars or negative stars, Lord, how mercy will be wonderful……. But unfortunately you have to give them one to post a review so that’s a negative star by the hundredth power.
My kids LOVE eating here. The employees are all very friendly, and the food is wonderful! One of the employees (Ryan) takes the time to talk with my kids about Pokemon and other games they play. They look forward to seeing him and ask if he's working every time we're there. We are also a family with Celiac disease, which makes it difficult to find restaurants that are safe to eat at. We've never had issues with cross contamination here. We order the bowl (no tortilla) and whatever toppings we want. The guacamole is made in-house, and is the best guac of any restaurant I've been to. This is by far our favorite restaurant. I hope they open another one closer to our home... maybe in Kingwood or Valley Ranch.

Rao's Bakery is the best bakery in the city! I give the cakes and cookies as gifts, and the receivers of these gifts talk about it being the best gift ever! They only have one special gluten-free cookie, but it is the best gluten-free cookie ever made. I hope they make more gluten-free ones.
So far so good. Looks like it’ll be the go-to spot for a wide range of decent beers in the Spring area. They even have a kitchen serving up thoughtful food pairings too.
All staff members were extremely nice and even accommodating being gfree.
There’s several cider choices, as well wines and mead for those living the celiac life.
Ariana is the best!!! This was our first visit here and so many options. Ariana helped my wife with choices based on gluten and she was spot on! Will bring the fam next time!

Delicious food with plenty of interesting variety for very reasonable prices.
They're also very concious of allergy and dietary issues - my kid is GF (gluten free) for medical reasons, and has never had issues finding good food here (loves the nachos especially, despite usually being pretty picky).
Even my wife who's vegan on top of being GF can find plenty to enjoy here, and loves this place too.

We stopped here on our way to Grand Coulee Dam and I’m so glad we did! The food was the tastiest Mexican food I’ve had in a long time! I’m gluten and dairy free and they were so accommodating! Also, they were super friendly, attentive and the food came lightening quick!!
