Loud AF inside, not necessarily their fault, tons of people packed in a small room.
Ordered online, showed up at the estimated time provided, order wasn't complete until 30 minutes later.
Asked them to bag gluten-free and non gluten-free items separately, they didn't.
Ordered onion rings but didn't get any. (My bad for not checking before leaving)
Burger looks like it was rare/undercooked.
A dynamic spot downtown with a vibrant menu, bursting with flavor and plenty of takeout options, perfect for a casual outing with friends.

This is about the 110th time Iāve been to gurus in Orem and every time the food has been excellent and the service has been fantastic. Iāve ordered just about everything on their menu and have never had a bad meal. This is a great place to go if you have to eat gluten-free. Highly recommended!
With an incredible atmosphere and awesome vibes, this cozy spot is perfect for working or relaxing, despite limited seating and occasional wait times.

We saw the 4.6 star reviews and went out of our way off the interstate, excited to get a matcha on our way through town. We saw they had a very colorful lavender cold foam and we all chose to get it.
The matcha left a bitter taste in our mouths and the food coloring on the cold foam stained our teeth for an hour. Needless to say we all got upset stomachs and couldnāt finish our drinks. I wish they would come up with a more edible option that didnāt leave you feeling ill.
There was a dog yipping the entire time we were there and it was ear piercing as it struggled to get away from its āownerā. I think if dogs are in a cooperatively shared space and creating an excessive noise situation I would hope that the service crew would ask them to excuse themselves to tend to their animal versus tolerate the disruptive behavior that affects all.
We asked what baked goods were gluten free and what were not as the baked goods were not marked and it took some time for them to figure this out which felt like a guessing game and not wanting to take a risk we chose none.
The outdoor sitting area is a really nice option. Inside has tall ceilings and a nice energetic coffee shop feel. This place has great potential but maybe they could tighten up the operation. It was easy to get to and quick to park and access.
I love waffle love and was very excited to go, I went with my dad who is gluten free. We looked on the website and they said there was gluten free, but when we got there they said they did not have enough for my dad. Instead all he could get was a chocolate milk. Very disappointed. Other than that the food was pretty good
Chill vibes and fluffy donuts await, making it a perfect spot to unwind with a book and enjoy smooth coffee amid a peaceful atmosphere.

Wow! What a fun surprise! We stopped for donuts today and found some giant, fluffy donuts. My husband said his apple fritter was the best heās had in a long time. They even had a gluten free donut that looked amazing. A rare find!!
You wonāt regret stopping here!

Our server Kai was very attentive and so helpful with the ordering and dietary requests! He was great. The food was great, problem is with the communal style eating here, which is a fun concept, it is hard to get the right balance with the dishes, and it's a bit messy unless you order your own food. If the meals came in a more shareable style (precut, small grabbable portions) that make it easier to really enjoy the experience. Plus, if someone has a gluten/dairy allergy it kind of makes the shared side dishes lackluster even with the sauces on the side.
Nonetheless, Kai deserves 5 stars for making the experience wonderful.
The cashier wasn't friendly real friendly. Ordered the Denver Omelet to be gluten-free and didn't really get a response from him to acknowledge it. The food was very tasty.
Great place! Family birthday party and we had quite a few special requests and they were so accommodating (including gluten free)... good food and super nice staff, and great prices.
A cozy spot with flavorful dishes and a welcoming vibe, perfect for a satisfying meal or sweet treat without the fuss.

Food was good, but they charged me extra for it being āGluten Freeā when what I ordered already didnāt contain gluten (and didnt have a special label), though the toast they brought out with my meal looked like just regular bread. I didnt feel confident in the Gluten Free aspect, which was really important to me.
The wait was long (like 40 min) even though there were lots of open tables.
Situated in a bustling spot, this venue stands out for its exceptional cleanliness and top-notch service, making every visit a delight.

Most Chick-fil-As are good places to eat. The one on Cougar Blvd. in Provo, Utah is as good as they get. Always clean. Always friendly. And the service is exceptional. My wife suffers from celiac and needs gluten-free options and these folks cheerfully work to make it happen.
Affordable sushi rolls that are big and tasty, plus supporting a local gem committed to family values makes this spot a must-visit!

The food was simply delicious! It is exactly what you want in sushi, and cheap too! Only $6 a roll, and they are big rolls! Jade is the owner of this restaurant and is committed to help his family. Buy sushi here to support this small business!!
I am gluten free and they had GF soy sauce, and a few GF rolls for me to enjoy.
He ended up offering us free drinks too, such a kind man - we will definitely be coming again(:
Don't trust the Gluten Free menu! Waited 25 minutes for our GF pizza's and they arrived definitely not gluten free, regular flour crust. It wasn't even busy. When listening to them discuss it too many of them were confused with the gluten free option. Atleast I got my money back, but we are still hungry. We are very disappointed because we had even called ahead and asked about gluten free options
Awesome pizza, excellent ambiance. I tried the gluten free crust and it was AMAZING. It was fluffy and tasty, and didn't feel heavy at all. Check it out!
Iām typically not a fan of fast food, but my experience here was so personal that I have to share. The employees were so good to me! I was with friends but didnāt order anything because money was pretty tight, and the lady working the shift came and brought me a lemonade and catered to my gluten free dairy free needs by bringing a salad. It was so thoughtful, and made for a happy experience.

The owner seated, served, and cooked. He was kind, and when we asked for suggestions of his favorite, he made us a sample! The best part is that everything was made with corn, so my GLUTEN-FREE tummy was in heaven!
