Please, please, please, for the love of any god... You must try their rose cardamom latte. It's truly and amazingly delicious. Too fancy? Worry not, the africano is bold and smooth for easy drinking as is or with a bit of cream and/or sugar. I've always loved the atmosphere and commitment to the community this place has had, and I love seeing them prosper. They definitely deserve the love and support!
*** My only wish is that more gluten free options were available
A chill spot with a great vibe, perfect for enjoying unique local brews and tasty dishes while soaking in the waterfront atmosphere.

We are slowly sipping the last of our beers. I am enjoying a Seattle based gluten free one from Ghostfish. Excellent. And the food here was delicious. I had their awesome fish tacos. Hubby the fish and chips. This was our first outing since the "C-bug" hit. A go to place this side of the water.
Great smile from the min we walked in.
So nice and friendly.
Our waitress Kim did extra mile to confirm that my dish is gluten friendly. Thank you Kim!

A high-end, spacious destination you'd visit again, offering notable starters and kabobs, without breaking your bank at lunch.

Gotta be the best Thai food in the south Seattle. Was told that they were on a first come first serve basis however we were able to make a reservation for six. It is a popular restaurant, mostly because it’s known for its gluten free food. Was not disappointed and definitely recommend it.

This is an amazing Indian restaurant in Renton with great South Indian and North Indian items. Our party of seven had a phenomenal time coming here for the first time and we will be back. The service is fantastic and it is a great place to come when you are in the mood for some good Indian food. We had two gluten free people in our party with Celiac and they both had multiple options with Dosa and their special cut mirchi appetizer. I highly recommend coming here!
A laid-back joint with unique drink specials and a lively vibe, perfect for a fun hangout but not ideal for quiet meetings.

Cute spot, the owner and staff are all friendly, easy going and chill. Very close and easy to walk to if you're in the area. A few gluten free bites, and they come up with a lot of fun, tasty, unique drink specials.
Parking sucks since they share parking with all the small businesses in the building and next door. You might need to circle a few times. Love that they have traditional drinks on the menu, too. Macchiato, cortado, etc. They also serve a Mexican drinking chocolate, which is heavenly.
Music is often very loud, so not the best place for meetings/online appointments or if you're looking for cozy, cute, quiet cafe. Definitely still a fun spot though.
A hidden gem with customizable options and a cozy vibe; ideal for laptop warriors but expect a wait during busy hours.

Stopped in to have a late breakfast. Met Debbie the owner/operator. We were the first customers of the day, and had lovely breakfast sandwiches on gluten free everything bagels with egg, cheese and bacon. The aioli on the sandwich gave it the perfect addition of mild spice. We each also had a latte that was perfect. Come on in and enjoy yourselves too!
Delicious vegan granola options and unique bowls await, alongside a must-try smoothie and incredible waffles that keep things tasty!

Disappointing experience. We didn’t realize this cafe is located in a gym. Kinda weird but we continued on..
- overpriced: my two waffle triangle pieces cost $10 (half order)
- my Mexican mocha did not taste great… I was really expecting it to look like the photos online LOL
- the employees did not know which pastries were gluten free
This place has great food. I don't drink so I can't speak of their selection or the drinks themselves, but the food is fantastic. They've changed the menu and how a few things are served recently, including my favorite dish, which I prefer the old way, but it's still all great. We used to live nearby and could visit more often, but we moved a while back. We were in the neighborhood recently and took the chance to eat there because we've missed the excellent food.
They are gluten-free friendly and the chef gave the time to sit and explain options and availability to us the first time we were there almost a year ago now. It's a friendly and welcoming place, with a great staff and a nice atmosphere. It is definitely a pub and looks like one, but it's clean and spacious and comfortable. It's a great spot for regulars or just someone looking for a relaxing night out.
I ordered a gluten free BLT which I have ordered in the past and was a really good size with lots of meat in the past. But this time it was very disappointingly small and the sandwich was no wider than two and a half inches wide on all sides and bacon was barely there and BURNT. Over 15$ for such a disappointing sandwich. If I had ordered not gluten free I know I would have gotten a good sized sandwich.
When I ordered in the past they would compensate with more bread and meat to match the size of the regular blt. 🙃
We made a reservation approx. 30 days in advance for a Valentine’s Day dinner. Our 40th VDay together. A view table was requested. We called at least 2 times to reconfirm and were told they would try, no guarantees, no reservation for view table. Also shared we were staying at the adjoining Hyatt. Arrived early, all "view" tables were taken.
No consideration. About 20 mins later 2 tables were vacated. When we attempted to reseat, we were told sorry we didn’t have a “view” reservation. What.
Totally confused by this management decision and ready to leave. Let’s get back to seating shortly.
Let’s now talk about the menu... once seated were told it was a fixed menu. What? We checked the website, no mention of that. Wife has celiac and must have gluten free. When we asked for a menu, they wanted to seat us at the bar where we could order regular menu. With Covid still around, we were not sitting at the bar. Plus, it is V Day! Our VDay dinner was almost ruined. Manager Sheena Nguyen figured out this was about to get embarrassing ... were reseated in our old table with a menu that has gluten free items.
Back to seating - We then watched a couple come arrive and were about to be seated near us ... they see table that we had requested and were led to it. WHAT?
A 4- or 5-star review goes to 2 stars.
Server Nancy was excellent ... seating was not in her control. Food was average and not warm. Manager brought us flowers and apologized, very professional.
It is unlikely we will come to Waters Table again. This is sad b/c we have been coming to Hyatt since it opened. Will eat elsewhere (Peyrassol Cafe or Wild Fin).
The fact that we were staying at the Hyatt did little or nothing.
We have traveled extensively, and it is very rare for me to give a 2-star review. AND...
We will never forget how I felt at the Waters Table.
Recommendations:
There are many people who need gluten free (gf). When you declare a set menu offer gf.
If it is a set menu CLEARLY advise on website... not after people are seated.
Be clear about seating. We were told others had "view" reservations. What, how did that happen. We communicated directly with them at least 3 times were repeatedly told no guarantees. So how did some people get reservations.
Give a priority to Hyatt guests. Water’s Table is part of the Hyatt.
In conclusion, in this fantastic setting, the Hyatt (5 stars) deserves something better.
