The food here is glorious! Big fan of the Turkish Eggs — the herbs and seasoning of the yogurt combined with the eggs and chili butter makes for a refreshing yet satiating meal. And although I prefer mine smooth, their spicy tomato bisque is quite nice!
Upon another visit, I discovered their Ham & Potato Hash is also incredibly delicious (LOVE the caramelized onions)! As is their Mushroom Shawarma and Breakfast Sandwich (of which I gratefully sampled from my partner and sibling, respectively).
My highest praises go to their baked goods — I want to point out that I’m not gluten-free, and tend to not seek out GF items as I often find them incredibly dry, but their GF Tiramisu cupcake? Amazing. Brilliant. Captivating. I would do anything to have one in my mouth right now. The texture was nicely spongey and the frosting was to die for.
My favorite baked goods from them are their citrus cakes and their savory puffs *especially*. I would also do quite literally anything to have a million of these at my disposal at any point in time. I could not stop raving about the Bacon/Ham/Cheese pastry I had a few weeks ago, it’d become my new obsession and muse.
And I just want to end with:
Damn Tasty, if you ever miraculously have excess day-old goodies, I’ll be here for you. 🫶 To take that load off of your shoulders, y’know?
A must-visit spot for delicious drinks and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps bringing back loyal fans.

We come here every time we're in La Crosse and are never disappointed! The staff are always so kind, and they're helpful with gluten free allergies. The food and the chaga latte are amazing!
Excellent experience! Friendly staff! It was cold outside (I was walking around waiting for my windshield to get fixed), & I was pleasantly surprised to see that even with CoVid, they were open for dine in. I was even more surprised to find they had gluten-free options (I have Celiac). The food was cooked perfectly, the decor was so inviting & the service was wonderful! Will definitely be giving them my business again! 😁

Such a cute space, they do a really good job of making it feel safe/inclusive/vibey! I had the gluten free biscuit sandwich, and it was magnificent. Some of the best gluten free buns I have ever had. My friend had the tiramisu crepes and they were a hit. Drinks are creative and unique.
The most delicious, beautiful baked goods in the area! I ordered a gluten-free raspberry pistachio cake for my mom’s birthday last year and it was mouth-watering. Have also had several baked goods (cookies, pan au chocolat, scones, eclairs) and each is as great as the last. Jen is lovely and I would absolutely recommend stopping by and ordering from Meringue!
With a diverse menu and breakfast served all day, it's a fantastic family spot that keeps everyone happy.

Love this place- it's our family's go-to when we're in the area. Friendly staff, breakfast all day, expansive menu with lots of options. We appreciate that there are a few gluten free meals.
Well I am a regular customer had a bad experience last night @7 pm First off we got no straws for our drinks.Food…my steak was overcooked I ordered it med rare and no flavor. The coleslaw sucked what happened to the other kind you had it was the best! I am a huge coleslaw fan! The shrimp was poor quality you had very good and bigger shrimp before. What happened to the brown gravy? I like that on my steak! The beer cheese soup was very gritty too.And why wasn’t there more meat on the hot bar besides breaded chicken nuggets? Not much for section on the dessert bar as before. Also get rid of the taco bar nobody eat from it that would give more selections. Service…..very slow on refills I had to ask once all waitresses were too busy refilling the condiments on the tables to worrie about customers it seemed. I have a gluten allergy so NCSB is my go to place.I have one more punch I my rewards card for a free buffet after that I am going to else where.Because of poor quality of food and being cheap to make more money and poor service.
Enjoy a lively atmosphere with nearly 40 beers on tap, crispy fries, and plenty of TVs to catch your favorite sports action.

Great burgers. I had a spicy one with jalapenos and barbeque sauce, it was: sweet, salty and spicy. The fries and tator tots are hot and crispy. Lots of beers on tap (I counted nearly 40) and a nice full-service bar. Also, there's a nice collection of TVs to watch any type of sport that you want.
They offer gluten free options for those with celiac disease. I'm so glad to have another business like this in the La Crosse area.
