Best cafe in town without a doubt. We eat here regularly and are never disappointed. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. A lot of gluten free options. We have tried many different options from the menu and have always left feeling full and happy! The service is always impeccable, staff are so friendly, fast, efficient, and helpful always. The atmosphere is great. You can tell every weekend that it’s a great place to be, peak hour is best to book because they’re always full! Cannot fault them. Always returning for more :)

Five stars! I travelled from Brisbane to Toowoomba for a meeting and had lunch at The Other Bird. The venue is beautiful, and the food was amazing. I had the burrata and chopped salad with chicken (gluten free) and I was not disappointed. My only disappointments were the coffee and the staff mixed up my order slightly but it wasn't so problematic that I wouldn't go back. I'm looking forward to my next trip back to Toowoomba!

Currently in love with their Gluten-free cabinet options. Had the passionfruit cheesecake and wished I bought two. They are very understanding and careful of gluten sensitivity and celiac disease when it comes to their food and I have not had any issues eating there so far.

Coffee frappe was creamy and rich. Plenty of gluten free options here, parking is either paid or a small walk away, enterance might be a small squeeze for wheelchairs but overall good access. Price is a little higherthen other places due to its location but still decent. Will grab a cuppa here again 😁

Was sadly disappointed in the vegan big breakfast - proportions were very small, not even a quarter of an avo, I could count 6 individual cut pieces of mushroom, and the gluten free bread option wasn’t great - but I imagine the sourdough would be yards better which is what’s usually offered. My mother created her own meal using similar ingredients, received bigger portions but it cost her less. I’d gone for the full meal because I liked the sound of the homemade dukkah with the balsamic glaze but received neither of those anyway 😅 To compare to what else is out there, I’d gone to a similar cafe two days before, had a big vegan breakfast for $25, I ordered without beans so they offered to add extras of whatever other ingredients I liked to compensate. It was at least twice the size. Whereas here at Urth I also ordered without the beans, but still paid $20 for what almost felt like just some leftovers piled together. 😬 I’m sure it wouldn’t take much at all to improve on these things, and I don’t doubt that it’s a great place for others not looking for vegan options
