My son and I have to eat Gluten free so I was very excited to try this bakery and it did not disappoint. Even my husband and 3 other kids who can eat gluten thought it was fantastic. We stared with some sandwiches, a hot beef roll, a baguette, and vanilla slice. My son tucked into the chicken and salad sandwich so I too took a bite, absolutely delicious. The bread was soft on the inside and the crust was crusty. The filling was delicious and now thanks to you my son wants to eat a salad sandwich!! (🙏) my husband and I shared the hot beef roll, to die for, tried some baguette just as it was then had the vanilla slice. All absolutely delicious. Now normally this would have been enough to eat but I put on my greedy wig and wanted to try more. So I got the vegetable roll that was like a veggie sausage roll. Let me tell you I wanted to cry it was just that good. (I keep taking about it) Also tried beef and veggie pastie which was great too. Went back in again and got some apple pies, biscuits and a chicken and avocado roll. The owner laughed and said I was working my way through the display cabinet and she wasn’t wrong. Again it was all so good. Finally went back in again for another baguette and some sliced bread. On the Vline trip home my son devoured the rest of the first baguette. I can’t wait to come back to Bendigo but this time I’ll bring an esky to get more of the veggie rolls and vanilla slices and bread. And if I haven’t tried something I’ll be trying it. Great food, I always visit here at least once a week. However today when I was served I asked if there was gravy, the server laughed at me and said ‘ no we are gluten free’ I feel humiliated as I know there is gluten free gravy it was only a simple question I asked. I do not believe the laugh & smart remark was necessary.

Food was pretty good. Popped in for a quick bite before another event and was served pretty quickly even though it was relatively busy. Went back later for a burger, which was pretty good. Not the best I've ever had but pretty good and they had a gluten free bun option, which was good. Chips were good.

My husband and I both enjoyed a lovely Eggs Hollandaise breakfast. They also cater for those who can't have gluten. I highly recommend this cafe.

I love that they had several gluten & dairy free options to choose from. I had the rice porridge which was delicious and filling. The service was excellent with the staff happy to suggest options that suited my dietary needs. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere.

Went here for Sunday brunch after the local swap meet and we were greeted with friendly and very helpful staff. They had gluten free options for my girlfriend who is celiac. The atmosphere was beautiful & the food even better! I got the salt & pepper calamari with an Asian slaw which was absolutely delicious! My partner got eggs on toast and for gluten free is was great! Beautiful view of the lake and some cute doggos chilling out on the deck made for a great vibe. Would definitely recommend coming here for a meal!

Fantastic experience at GPO! As a coeliac, I particularly would like to mention the due diligence shown by the lovely waitress and chef in ensuring that my needs were catered for. This is so appreciated 😊 The meal was just fabulous and the dessert makes me wish I lived closer so that I could be a frequent visitor! Stopped in here for brunch, food was absolutely delicious! The staff were super friendly and happy to accommodate gluten free options. Food was very reasonably priced and came out super quick. I had the Eggs Benedict Croissant and would highly highly recommend it!

Had walked past and thought we needed to come back for breakfast, and I'm glad we did! Even being fairly busy our drinks and food was out quickly. Menu had a fair few gluten free options and the corn fritters were amazing, probably the best I've ever had. We'll be back.

I've never been disappointed with anything I've gotten from this establishment, they've always met my expectations. A large variety of choice in terms of ingredients which is suitable for any combination and liking. My wife who has a gluten intolerance still likes coming here just for the salads. A healthy alternative to typical fast food which leaves one satisfied and refreshed.

Had a great selection of gluten free and dairy free options. (That don't taste like sand paper or cardboard) the two girls were lovely and dispite how busy it was beginning to get handled it very well with little wait time for food and coffee. 100% recommend

Cosy little cafe reminding me of travels through Japan. They do in particularly awesome rice paper rolls & a great coffee. If they were in my own city I’d frequent several times a week 😋 And yes, cater for Gluten Free 😁
