This is a wonderful cafe. I am Coeliac so I am unable to eat the food. However I do have their ice cream sundaes and they taste very good. So good that I have several every week.
I notice other customers with their lunches and they always have good portions of food at not a high cost and freshly served. The staff are very friendly, efficient and look after their customers. They are all young, enthusiastic people who are well mannered and very kind.

We were lucky enough to be given a free smoothie card down near Seed and the lovely lady told us where the shop was and that it was âquite a walk but worth itâ. We walked down to Luup and fell in love instantly. All the products are incredible and the staff were insanely friendly!!
We got our delicious free smoothie and ended up ordering breakfast too! (gluten free granola and coconut yogurt - 10/10!) As I was feeding my newborn baby, I wasnât able to go to the counter and the lovely gentleman offered to bring it to me and I could just pay afterwards. When I went up to pay before we left the staff were so kind and gave me my breakfast for my first Motherâs Day.
Itâs so unfortunate that itâs placed inside fountain gate but I do think we will be making it âour new localâ from now on. Please bring one to Berwick - there is a big gap in the market ready for you!

Very expensive for a bit of batter and a warm drink.
$37 for 2 "low gluten" pancakes with Apple, cinnamon and ice cream with a hot chocolate is not cheap.
Celiac friendly
