In for breakfast this morning with the misses, she had mushroom Benny I had the smashed avo & we also had to try the gluten free banana bread aswell everything looked & tasted phenomenal will most definitely be back soon
Our visits here do not disappoint. I can only consume dairy free and gluten free foods so for a 'treat' this is a great option!
If you understand good quality acai, then this place is a must visit.
The service is friendly and patient (especially with us as I usually have an 'impatient' toddler with me). The toppings are fresh, the flavour reflects this and the quality of the acai is not runny like other places. They are not pre made in volume. Glad we have this great business in our neighbourhood. Keep up the good work!
Came for a quick breakfast and omg! What a special gem. It looked popular because of the long line of patrons queuing for their morning coffee but our food (AMAZING!) came in a timely manner, affordable and the interior and decor is modern and beautiful. Will definitely be coming back 😍 we ordered gluten free eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs with gluten free toast and plain gluten free toast with jam.
The glutenfree bread is AMAZING and tastes like wheat bread.
THANKYOU
We had delightful high tea for ten at Dzert, two of us having food intolerances. Maria kindly organised to make us a special intolerance-friendly high tea platter, which was delicious! Each of the high tea items were replaced with gluten free, low FODMAP versions and we wanted for nothing. In fact, I could barely finish, there was so much food, but I had to try a bit of everything. The tea options were vast and lovely, the table setting elegant, and the Moscato was a perfect accompaniment to the meal. The Dzert team provided great service, and the atmosphere was light, airy and comfortable. I'd be more than happy to eat there again. Thanks to the team for making it a special event!
My friend and I had brunch here today. What a great find!
We both had a nourish bowl, mine with chicken and hers without. It was soooo good. One of the best I’ve had, so many yummy flavours and great texture. My friend also had the house made gluten free banana and date bread, which looked delicious.
My choc peanut brunch smoothie with soy was very thick and yummy - the paper straw struggled a bit with the thick peanut butter and banana, a wider metal straw would be better.
The customer service was wonderful.
They also had some very yummy goodies at the counter - vegan & gf slices and tarts.
I highly recommend this place, especially if you have dietary requirements or friends who do.
Cafe has a relaxed homely feel with service that makes you like one of the family.
My soy capuccino was well-balanced, aromatic and delightfully foamed.
The food has great variety and is always evolving, with gluten free, vegan, sweet and savoury.
Decor and music is thoughtful, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
Note to owner: the bottom shelves could have fewer objects to enhance the prominent features and draw attention to the antique machines and woodpile.
