Ate the GF battered fish and chips which was crunchy and delicious. I also had the GF waffles with vanilla icecream which was a novelty for someone who eats gluten free. I came all the way from Nedlands to try this restaurant and it was worth it!
With a warm vibe, this cozy spot offers a delightful dining experience, making it a must-visit for food lovers seeking variety and quality.

Best Spanish tapas and sherry in WA. Extremely friendly and helpful staffs, they helped me enjoy delicious food with friends by making them gluten-free and dairy-free. I’ve been there many times and will be back again.
Enjoy a unique supermarket-style vibe with a cozy outdoor area for summer views, but be prepared for close seating and high prices.

Had an amazing gluten free version pasta. Venue feels like a Supermarket set up, no vibe background music, too many tables located close together. They have a nice outdoor seating area but was too cold to sit as it was not set up to make it comfortable during winter. When we were there during summer, we could catch beach views. Priced as a five star meal.
Enjoy a generous seafood basket with well-cooked options and a breezy waterfront vibe that makes it a standout choice.

Options for gluten free poor. Says "gluten free available". Only options are salad or burger with gluten free bread. Should have GF or star etc on menu rather than nothing leaving interpretation to be all options can be created gluten free only to find out at counter their options are not there.
This cozy spot boasts an incredible variety of coffee beans, inviting aromas, and a chill beachside vibe perfect for takeout strolls.

Favourite cozy coffee shop! They offer a huge range of coffee beans that always make the place smell delicious and also make a gluten free bagel option!
This place was introduced to us by my parents - the restaurant which was owned by previous owners, has now been improved by the new owner and is run like a family business which cares for it's customers. The building in which Wing Bo is run from was originally the Pizza Hut which I was frequently visiting when I was a child for many of my sisters basketball windups and friends birthday parties, of course, the building being so old means it's no Taj Mahal, but in honesty, the building says very little about the food or the staff within it.
My family have fairly specific (annoying) dietary requirements, I have to stay away from Wheat based (gluten) products as well as dairy, and my Dad is diabetic, so we often have to modify the dishes to suit, of which the owner is happy to comply with.
How's the food?
Glad you ask!
It's excellent! Tailored as a standard towards the tastes of a western diet, however the staff are happy to make it more authentic at no extra cost. We visit Wing Bo almost weekly, and a lot of times with friends of our family, no-one ever says anything bad about the food even when trying other dishes, and typically the response could be summed up as "really nice food".
Service times are adequate, it's not "fast food", but it's worth the wait, which of course are short when there's not many people, and a little longer when it's busy - I've not really found it to be a substantially long wait, and have been to many more 'big name' restaurants and had to wait much longer.
No doubt our family will continue to visit Wing Bo, since the new owners have taken over the premise we have regularly eaten here and throughly enjoyed the food.
Keep it up! We love it here!
Nice friendly staff, good selection of food. Not sure on what's gluten free as I just got a take away chai. Nice place right across from the beach and the jetty.
