The buckwheat pancakes are cooked on plates separate from those where the wheat pancakes are cooked and are therefore gluten-free, with a minimum risk of traces. Sweet pancakes can also be prepared on a base of buckwheat pancakes. For someone intolerant to gluten, having so many choices, with confidence, is great!

Excellent time spent with friends around eggs Benedict (with or without smoked trout) and cakes from this little British tea room, of which we finished all our plates. I grabbed some scones and a cookie to go to extend the experience. The skiing address in my favorites, I can't wait to return to Rennes!
