I stopped at Chez Lina鈥檚 in the hot part of the day because I needed a little break. I ordered the Cesar but asked if it was gluten free and said the chicken was breaded, so she recommended the Italian salad and it was exactly what I needed. It was delicious and beautifully prepared. There was prosciutto, fresh tomatoes, arugula, Parmesan, cold and fresh mozzarella, pesto, and a vinaigrette. It was a really good salad.
