We ate here twice during a short vacation near Stuttgart. I am gluten intolerant and had researched local restaurants that offer gluten free foods - Isabella was highly recommended and I am very glad I insisted that we eat here. I had the quiche Lorraine, a grilled vegetable sandwich, a raspberry pistachio vegan torte, and a mixed berry bar. The quiche was very well seasoned, and so was the vegetable sandwich. The raspberry pistachio torte was decadent and had a very smooth texture. The mixed berry bar with almonds was also delicious, but the cake layers were a tiny bit dry, which didn’t matter because the berry filling was moist. The raspberry bar may have been vegan but I can’t remember. I would absolutely eat here again! Cute local chain that had outdoor dining, and the staff was very accommodating and all spoke perfect English, which was much appreciated as I do not speak German.

We were here for breakfast for the second time. So far we have enjoyed all the dishes. It's great to have a place where you can freely choose from the menu if you have celiac disease.

If you want to have a gluten-free breakfast or generally want to eat gluten-free products, this is the right place for you. Everything was very freshly prepared and delicious.
But why is the elevator for the toilets so slow? It travels at one meter per hour. Not a nice experience for people who don't like taking elevators.
A cozy spot with a warm atmosphere and lovingly prepared dishes that wow everyone, making it a must-visit for a memorable experience.

I was really positively surprised by Vivarepas in Pforzheim. The restaurant offers authentic Venezuelan cuisine that is rarely found in this country. The atmosphere is warm and inviting - you immediately feel at home. I was particularly impressed by the variety of gluten-free and even vegan dishes that are not only creative but also really tasty. I tried an arepa filled with vegetables and yuca fries - both tasted great and perfectly balanced.
The staff was friendly, attentive and took the time to explain everything and make recommendations. You can tell that people cook and work here with passion. The price-performance ratio is also right: the prices are absolutely fair for the quality offered.
Conclusion: If you want something new and are open to exotic tastes, you should definitely pay a visit to Vivarepas. It is a real insider tip in Pforzheim - not just for fans of South American cuisine, but for everyone who appreciates good, honest food.

ATTENTION DEAR ZÖLIS! Fries labeled as gluten free and then I find out they were made in the same deep fryer as my husband's rings. I noticed it because I found leftover breading in the bottom of my bowl. Now I trusted the declaration without asking for details, and then something like this! We are always aware of the risk of traces!! Always have to ask carefully. Life with celiac disease is a very stressful one. We trust when we see the declaration with the crossed out ear of corn. I'm angry with myself for being careless once. Since the restaurant is also in the top 10 in the Atly app, I had full confidence in it.
Still recommended for non-celiacs as it tastes good and the atmosphere is sweet.

A really nice café with good music and great employees - you can really tell that you enjoy your job :)
I particularly like the outdoor area in spring/summer, the coffee tastes very good (cold brew!!) and there is even almost every milk alternative.
Regardless of whether you prefer something sweet or something savory, there is something suitable for everyone - also vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free <3

We were on our way back to Kiel. Since I can't eat gluten, it's always difficult to find something suitable. I can only recommend the coffee to everyone. Super tasty and lots of gluten-free options. Even the cake ☺️ which is very rare. Thanks for the great start to the day.

Was there yesterday as a guest.
At 3:30 p.m. there was no more cake.
The thing is, there is a huge lack of organization.
If at least 10 guests make a reservation for 3 p.m. and ask whether cake is available on site and there is also another party (at least 20 people), then you can see that there is enough cake. The reservation was made days in advance. The service staff's answer to my question about how something like this could happen and that we were upset was answered succinctly with "the last two pieces are now gone" (man)
That's zero service! We were asked at the beginning about drinks, i.e. whether we would like anything else, then only waved to the waitress several times.
Eating gluten-free and vegan cake as advertised on the homepage, which I had asked by phone two days before, was unfortunately not possible either.
When it comes to food, I can't give it a star. My daughter and I couldn't eat any cake.
I can no longer recommend the Schilling at the train station!
ADDENDUM to your answer and thank you.
In the reviews you can read about gluten-free dishes.
And also in her answer.
Therefore I assumed that it was offered gluten-free.

Our visit to this café arose from the wide range of gluten-free dishes on offer, as well as the desire to escape the rainy weather. the offer was satisfactory. the prices are on the more expensive side. Especially the surcharge for non-cow's milk is a bit disappointing and out of date. Grilled cheese was good, rather dry. coffee so far satisfactory. Homemade iced tea, refreshing and fruity. But let’s get to the elephant in the room – or should we say hippopotamus? The life-size mural was a bit jarring, as was the rest of the furnishings. There is definitely a certain aesthetic there, but it didn't quite meet our preferences. Anyone who visits this café should definitely not miss a visit to the toilet. The anteroom was already a feast for the eyes. mirrored wall with colorful neon lights; Love for detail is evident here. When you enter the toilet room, this little place is suddenly not so quiet anymore. The chirping of birds over speakers, in combination with (artificial) plants on the walls and ceiling, makes you feel like you've been transported to the jungle. We really liked this atmosphere and made visiting the toilet very pleasant.

As has often been the case in recent years, we stopped at the Kaffeetasse terrace after a walk through Bühl. It was beautiful sunshine, so the wait until service finally arrived wasn't a problem. The problem came with the lazy lady who answered our questions grumpily or not at all. At the counter, my wife ordered cake without knowing that the cake was gluten-free, wholesome and vegan - and that, as it turned out, the leftover pieces must have been on display for days. It was only when we were paying that we received the news about vegan etc., the stale cakes were not mentioned. We actually wanted to eat normal cake, neither vegan nor wholesome food nor stale cake - and with a service that doesn't deserve the name. We will never drink a coffee here again.

We had breakfast there with friends for my birthday today. To be honest, I had some concerns at first because of the partly negative recessions. However, these were completely unfounded. The service was very friendly, the order was taken quickly and the food also arrived after a short time. The gluten-free pancakes were very, very tasty! But the food my friends had was also very tasty and the portions were good. I can only recommend the café, even for those affected by celiac disease.
Enjoy a warm atmosphere with supportive staff, making it a great spot for special celebrations and tasty, freshly made dishes.

Food was great, even though the hot kitchen was closed.
Lots of lactose-free alternatives and everything gluten-free. Small but very fine selection.
Service was top. I didn't want cake and actually wanted something warm, so I was offered a sandwich as an alternative, which was really tasty and very filling.

I was drawn in by the Google reviews but left very upset. We ordered a Käsekuchen, gluten-free chocolate cake, and a matcha latte. As a Käsekuchen fan, this was the worst I’ve had - it tasted like bland omelette with lemon, and the matcha latte was pure milk with an artificial matcha taste.
The service was equally poor. The waitress/cashier seemed untrained and overwhelmed. The card machine didn’t work, and payment was chaotic—she interrupted one customer’s transaction to restart mine, only for the machine to fail again.
I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

As tourists, we had lunch in the Café am Markt in Schwäbisch Hall after looking at the beautiful church.
We immediately got a great seat and ordered two wines. The service person Rezan, a very courteous, service-oriented young man who was easy to talk to, served us. We were very satisfied with the wine and the food. When my wife saw that there was gluten-free cake, we took a piece there too. All in all, a successful afternoon. We would love to come back when we are in Schwäbisch Hall. The food is of very good quality and the cakes and pastries look very tasty. Highly recommended if you are a Schwäbisch Hall

Exceptionally beautiful ambience, with great service and the best gluten-free cake we have ever tasted. We had 3 different types and we would travel from Wiesbaden to Pforzheim again at any time just for the cake. The breakfast - with gluten-free bread and dairy-free latte macchiato - and delicious homemade jam and of course much more, was also fantastic! A real insider tip for people with and without intolerances.

We love it at Cactus Bar, the team is always so nice and the food suitable for us with celiac disease, the best gluten free burger for us, accessible, where the owner knows his stuff and where it's completely normal to have something gluten free on offer will, thank you very much for the great food.

Very tasty breakfast, especially the home-baked bread and rolls stand out. The service is friendly and quick, the waiting time was short, but there was still a lot of activity. The selection on the menu leaves nothing to be desired. Gluten-free and vegan breakfasts are also available. Alternatively, breakfast in the Schauinsland mountain station would be recommended. However, everything there is fully booked 6 months in advance. I'm already looking forward to the next time. 🤤 The cakes look very, very attractive.

We went there with friends for breakfast - it's best to come as soon as it opens, then you'll be able to get a table - otherwise it's very busy and involves a long wait, which is absolutely worth it. Every dish and drink was fresh and delicious ☺️
Absolute recommendation! Gluten-free and dairy-free are implemented here without any problems and taste great! Thank you for the beautiful and delicious hours with you! 🤗

We recently went there for breakfast as a family member has celiac disease and this cafe was recommended to us. It is very cozy and stylishly furnished. The food was great, the coffee was really tasty, as was the gluten-free bread and the non-gluten-free rolls - the mueslis were also great!
The staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, it is still difficult for people with celiac disease to find restaurants and cafés where you can eat without worries - without having stomach problems afterwards because not everything was 100% gluten-free or the preparation was not done with enough care. Everything was perfect here!
The café is on the ground floor and is therefore easily accessible for wheelchair users. We were allowed to take our dog onto the terrace (dogs are not allowed inside). The terrace is pleasantly large, offers enough space and you don't sit close to other guests - this creates a relaxed atmosphere.
I can recommend the café with a clear conscience and will be happy to come back.
