Fantastic place in perfect South Tyrol style, excellent dinner with numerous gluten-free options. I had the shank with sauerkraut and potatoes, it melted in your mouth. Our friends the risotto, really good. And finally, gluten-free coffee and semifreddo and souvenir grappa, so called because you can take the glass home 🙂

We went to this restaurant recommended by the structure that hosted us for our weekend between the lake and the mountains.
We spent a lovely evening pampered by excellent quality cuisine.
A mixed house starter with quality cured meats accompanied by a potato flan and a sour note of sauerkraut marinated in cumin.
This was followed by a trio of meat selections paired with storo polenta and crispy bacon and a perfectly cooked Argentinian beef fillet. The classic sliced beef with rocket and parmesan is also excellent. Last but not least, a gluten-free cake with almonds and chocolate. Delightful.
The price is good and in line with what was ordered. Friendly, precise and professional staff.

Pasta and pizza gluten-free possible!!!
Since we couldn't get much gluten-free food at any other restaurant, we spontaneously went to Ristorante Paradiso. We were warmly welcomed and right from the start all the options for eating gluten-free were listed to me. In fact, great care was taken to ensure that it was not contaminated. This also applied to pizza and pasta. Therefore it was my first and only pizza in Italy on vacation. Thank you for that! The gluten free pizza was a pizza with grilled vegetables. She was very tasty. Everything seemed very familiar, open and friendly on site. It was also well attended, even though we came to dinner so “late” (8:30 p.m.).

There are many seats inside but just as many are out of sight of the mountains.
Right portions of dishes and prices in line.
Large and clean bathrooms.
Attentive and helpful staff.

Got back to the hotel and my gf pizza was hardly cooked. My wife said pizza was nice.. I totally get you are not solely gluten free but pizza wasn't cooked. The picture I posted showed that the base wasn't cooked. The cheese wasn't even melted.

Our waiter was very pleasant and patient with us. Despite language difficulty and dining with 4 kids.
The location is a very good reason to visit there. Dining on the beautiful lakeside was calming and lovely.
