Today Omar Jareeri takes good care of us, he is very attentive and friendly. The gluten free Manquish were super...seven stars, not
7 stars... Omar Jariri came out
Thank you Omar
They have amazing sweets and great chicken wraps .. highly recommended and one of the few places in Amman that have educated staff when it comes to gluten free options and keto options
We had an awesome dinner at Ciao Ciao. The pizza was fantastic. The crust was chewy and perfect and the ingredients/toppings were high quality. The chef was very accommodating to our different food allergies and our son loved the gluten free crust.
Eating gluten free has been so hard in the Middle East, so much is breaded or accompanied by bread, especially on a budget.
I was wandering around in the sweltering 100 degree heat not finding an affordable place to eat/work when I stumbled upon this quaint little gem.
I saw on the menu “chicken bowl” so I ventured in and was immediately greeted and welcomed. She gave me the WiFi pass right away without my asking and offered rice with the dish that normally comes with bread.
The food was so delicious (tasted like Indian spices) and definitely comfort food + I had enough for dinner too!
There was a place to plug in my laptop and they gave me complimentary mint tea while I worked. 🫖
I met the chef & Tali who chatted with me and even gave me a mini Arabic lesson!
It’s sometimes these little kindnesses when you’re solo traveling & a bit weary that make all the difference!🥹
Highly recommend for good eats, good company with lovely ambience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A quiet and clean restaurant. Everything you can think of is available from cabbage and ylang ylang to okra with oil, in addition to all kinds of fatayer, hummus, mutabal, and falafel. By the way, all the food is vegetarian and gluten-free. The service is excellent, the prices are very competitive, and the profits are in the favour. Goodness and solidarity
I highly encourage you to visit and try it in all its branches
Good food. Nice views on the terrace. Good waiters.
Good food, very good views on the terrace. Very attentive waiters, one of the few places that knows about celiac disease and gluten here in Jordan.
The place is beautiful. The food is very good. The chef's international flavor stands out. However, the service is very irregular: sometimes they are excellent and attentive... and sometimes they are not.
I would recommend including options for dietary restrictions (especially gluten free).
Although it’s a really great place and people that I went with that don’t have gluten allergies had a great meal but it’s very very limited on gluten free options. Also the possibility of cross contamination is very high. I think the only option is a salad if you want to be safe. Hope they add more options in the future
