I've never seen such a great gluten-free place. It is an amazing place - food, ICE cream, coffee, everything......
Thank you for your service. We will come back again. 😍🤩
On holiday abroad, eating gluten-free is always difficult, especially due to the risk of contamination... I recommend this pizzeria positively for the availability of gluten-free dishes (pizzas, first courses and a dessert). The pizza I chose, bufalina, had excellent ingredients, quality raw materials, which compensated for the toasted gluten-free pizza base that we celiacs know well. My travel companions also enjoyed the pizza, and found it extremely digestible. The waitress who served us was also very kind and professional. Good quality/price. Advise!!!
We stopped in for ice cream - my partner has celiac disease and I am lactose intolerant; we were delighted to learn everything on the menu is vegan and GF. We already had dinner otherwise we definitely would have tried their pasta and pizza. Plus - they have a bar dog!
A tiny gem in the heart of Maribor 😍 The staff is incredibly kind, and I’m a big fan of the way they cook. There are so many great options for vegetarians, vegans, and those who eat gluten-free. Yes to more places like this!
Good gluten free pasta and beer. Manager/waiter was rude to two older English ladies. As they tried to tell him something about their beverages, he said, “what’s wrong now”. Mean. Then I saw the same guy pick up several French fries with his fingers off a plate that was being delivered to a customer. I couldn’t believe it. Find another spot.
Very delicious food, very nice service!
You can order the hamburger with a gluten-free bun, it was indicated that cross-contamination may occur.
There was also GM beer.
Gluten free buckwheat crepes available, the one with apples, vanilla ice cream, chocolate and caramel drizzle was amazingly delicious and we went back the next day for another one! The pizza was also very good.

Parma is one of the cutest pizzerias in Ljubljana. It has tradition and character. The pizzas are smaller and thicker than usual and have a lot of toppings. The names of the pizzas are unique and can come with gluten free dough.
Show! We stopped on the way back from our holiday in Slovenia, recommended by a local girl. By far the best restaurant we came across in 10 days. Inclusive cuisine, gluten-free and vegetarian options. Rustic and well-kept environment, with large external veranda.
Amazing, best food we’ve had travelling around Europe this month. The stuffed vine leaves, falafel, and vegetable tajine were all incredible. The olives were very tasty. Would highly highly recommend. Very good for gluten free choices too as we have a coeliac/celiac in our group.
We had a wonderful dinner at Pirat in Piran! It the seafood was fresh and delicious and amazing value as well! I have to follow a gluten free diet and they were knowledgeable about gluten free options and even gave me separate pre-packaged gluten free bread.
The service was very attentive and the ambience was nice as well.
Overall it was a great experience and highly recommended for a dinner in Piran!
We had a lovely experience tonight at your place.
Salads were tasty, steaks were juicy and you catered for our coeliac family member with such care that we don't often experience it; thank you for that.
We will definitely be back💪🙏😊
Typical food from the area and huge pizzas. Both fish and meat are very delicious. There is no option for gluten-free pizzas or bread but the two celiacs in the group left full. There are quite a few gluten-free options including desserts and the waiter also informed us very well about what we could order. All perfect.
Unfortunately, they don't know what gluten is. The menu is not quite consistent with the prepared food. There was no price list for the market on the menu. Water is only bottled. It still tastes good cooked. The gnocchi are not stuffed.
A 100% safe gluten-free experience for me who has celiac disease! The staff had full control over food and allergens. It was an extra pleasure that the food was delicious and the staff was friendly! A little expensive food, but worth the culinary experience.
We had a lovely meal here with soups for both (one crab and one beef with pancakes) and one had 2x tapas the other mussels, 1 beer 1 wine 1 water and 1 absolutely incredible vegan gluten free pistachio desert. Came to €67. Food allergies handled very well, gluten free substitutes and few dairy ingredients used so easily avoided. Downside is portion sizes of tapas, it’s more single canapé, soups taste a little ’hotel kitcheny’ and beggars coming to the tables outside. Inside has aircon I would definitely choose inside next time. Can’t fault the service though, super kind and professional.
Best fish food in town.
It is our go to restaurant for fish and other seafood. Everything is delicious. They try to cater for people with special dietary needs(gluten....)
They have some parking spaces behind the ramp.... you "ring" them whey you are at the ramp. And later they give you a ticket to exit the parking
The only downside is that because of the great food they tend to have a lot of guests. And if you do not have a reservation, you might have to wait.....
We had the best food here, so tasty and cheap.
Fresh gluten free pizza, the meat platter and the chicken fillet flatbread were all awesome. We would definitely recommend this place for lunch or supper. Super tasty food in the centre of piran.
Well prepared and varied menu. We liked that most of the food is gluten-free and that there are not many classic fried dishes that every restaurant offers you. You can see from the plate that they make an effort in the kitchen for the guest, and the same applies to the friendly service staff. Parking was not difficult to find. The restaurant is clean to a high standard, and everything else is also impeccably arranged
Wide selection and friendly staff. Allergens nicely marked. Even some gluten-free options. / Great food selection and friendly staff. Allergen clearly labeled. Even some gluten-free options.
Hole in the wall kind of shop with a super limited menu and basically only outdoor seating - they serve the local sausage + 2 local stews. I had the jota, a stew with sausage and beans, which is naturally gluten free, while my boyfriend had the titular klobasarna sausage in a bun. Cheap beer and wine available too.
I highly recommend this restaurant, booking advised.
It is a small and cozy place to have a fabulous meal in a welcoming and elegant atmosphere.
The menu offers a range of dishes covering the Mediterranean cuisine, suitable for vegetarians as well. Upon calling ahead one can also have gluten free alternatives to bread.
Giving notice to the kitchen on my dietary requirements my dishes were prepared gluten and lactose free using fresh utensils and the chef tried to keep cross contamination to a minimum. However, they do not have a designated area to prepare dishes separately. I have not had any issues after my meal.
The dishes are made to order, ingredients are fresh and tasteful, the spices are well balanced and rich. Waiting time is acceptable and the dishes are appealingly arranged.
The waiters are welcoming, alert, and swift yet not stressed or rushing. They also know the menu very well and their recommendations are to the point, they answer all questions patiently. It has been my second visit and I’ve enjoyed a lovely evening with a fantastic view from the patio. My first visit was in the winter season 2021 and the menu was slightly different due to seasonal availability of ingredients. I recommend to have a try at both if possible.
Lake Bled in Slovenia, terrace overlooking the lake, there are various places, we stopped in this one. Allergens indicated on the menu, decidedly generous portion (we asked for the doggy bag), right wait. In terms of price, I would say one of the most convenient restaurants and it seemed to us to have more gluten-free options after a quick look at the menus. In the photo red wine risotto with dried tomatoes, black olives and Slovenian pork belly (not exactly light, but very good)
Ps. Upon request there is the possibility of having a bath pass (otherwise it costs €1 to enter the baths in Bled)
We ate here twice during our stay in this lovely town. My partner is celiac and the staff were very aware of gluten content of their food. The menu changes with what’s available… so we had asparagus with each meal which was delicious. Fresh, simple, local, healthy food. My partner enjoyed the goulash ( made with pork, beef and deer) as well as traditional buckwheat porridge. I had a lovely gnocchi with prawns and asparagus as well as a delicious grilled chicken breast in salad. Asparagus soup too! Probably the best food we had in Slovenia. And the best value. A nice glass of house red wine was 1.60 Euros!
