I have Coeliac Disease and have struggled for a number of years to find places to eat where you don't feel awkward for asking about the food. The fact that you are asked the question from the outset makes you appreciate the smooth customer service provided by Bella Italia - I wasn't made to feel different and it really enhanced my dining experience. Gorgeous Food, lovely atmosphere and friendly, caring staff! Definitely will go back - I have to try the rest of the menu!

We had a really lovely Roast Lamb Sunday Dinner today. We also had Scotch egg starter & I had the Gluten free asparagus, ham & poached egg, it was a lovely surprise to see the egg breadcrumbed, it was delicious. It was great to see they had so many GF options, as I am new to this intolerence I know I can come back for so much more. Thanks Chef. The owner really went out of her way to fit us in as it was going to be busy & really, lovely friendly staff. Thank you everyone for such a nice day.

After being recently diagnosed as coeliac, this was my first time venturing out to a restaurant. I’m so happy that it was Frankie and Benny’s Metrocentre, with their specific Gluten free menu which offers a good variety of wheat free alternatives. Our Server, Natalie, was fantastic - very knowledgeable of the menu and dietary needs to put me at ease and give great recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Quick bite to eat whilst shopping in the metro centre and Thaikhun did not disappoint. Really quick service, tasty food and very friendly staff. Gluten free options are available. Can get busy but it’s worth the wait.
