I’ve eaten here before and it was a much better experience. We always check for a gluten free menu as my husband has celiac. Henry’s has a very extensive gf menu online. I called and confirmed it was still valid. What I didn’t think to ask, and no one told me, is that it isn’t available on Sundays as they will only serve from their brunch menu. It was my birthday and we were meeting 6 of my family so we stayed but my husband only had ice tea and the whole thing was awkward. I’d love to say my meal was awesome, but it was over seasoned and overcooked (I had the lobster special) and I have never left lobster on my plate and never thought I would. My sisters’ all said the grits were bland (supposed to be spicy) but were edible with the addition of butter and salt. I told them it was my birthday, and ordered the bread pudding but they didn’t bring it out with a candle so my family could sing happy birthday to me. Altogether a disappointment.

Everything's always fresh and delicious.And I really appreciate the gluten-free options for my wife. I do wish they offered more anti- Inflammatory diet foods. And no seed oils. Because of the good food the place can get a little bit loud.
