However, our server and the cook staff were well-versed and clearly had accommodated those with dietary restrictions before. Not only do they have a dedicated fryer, they verbally confirmed my dish as being gluten-free upon delivery. 24 hours later, I had zero adverse reactions and no flare up. Would definitely go again!
