As a recent resident of Baytown, this is, by far, the best Mexican restaurant to eat at. The staff are amazing and the food is amazing. My wife has food allergies along with celiac disease. El Toro has a very extensive gluten-free menu, which is hard to find at many other places. We will definitely be back many more times.

Exceeded my expectations.
The goat curry was an absolute banger, the chicken patty (like a empanada with curried chicken and puff pastry) was out of this world. Just enough spice, right amount of heat.
For those with gluten allergies: check with the staff, but many of their items traditionally made with a roux are made with cornstarch instead. As my wife has Celiacs, this completely made my day!
