Grilld Waurn Ponds have changed their gluten free burger buns. They are dry and crumbly now. I used to like their gf buns but now are awful especially considering the price. Not sure if other Grilld franchises have changed theirs or not. Also, waited 45 minutes for our food.

On Wednesday 15th May 2024 I went there for Lunch with Pauline and I had the HFC Classic Chicken Burger, which just melted in my mouth. Pauline had the Mighty Melbourne Gluten Free Burger, which she really enjoyed. We shared the snack chips. It was extremely nice of Alex to give me 2 free burger vouchers since they forgot to make the order last week when I came with Chelsea on Monday 6th May 2024.

Chicken bites came cold, dry, and tough. Had to ask for it to be made again fresh - second time was hot and more tender.
Burger was average. I ordered with gluten free buns but they weren't great - ended up taking them off.
$30 for burger and chicken bites is a bit steep though??
Also bought the $10 chips for 4 weeks deal but they told me it takes around 2 hours to load into my app. And so I couldn't get chips that day 🙃 so will try again later tonight or tomorrow...

Visited Grill’d Westfield Doncaster at 10am on 14/9/24 & served by 2 lovely ladies with great smiles & went an extra mile to offer good service.
HFC Best Zing Ever is not your usual Fried Chicken Burger. The chicken breast was tender, the gluten free coating was light & the hot sauce got oomph. I feel like it’s smaller in portion compared to other burgers(adequate for me),so might be a good option for those that got the craving for fried chicken & yet want to keep the portion in control.
Overall, Grill’d never disappoints.
Expect delicious burgers made with olive oil, plus unique low-carb options and highly praised zucchini fries for a satisfying meal.

First time for a chicken and a beef burger on Gluten Free buns. Loved the burgers. Tasted fantastic. GF buns were really nice and reasonably priced.

My husband got take away for us from Boss Burger a couple of weeks ago. We were so impressed! From the customer service to the food everything was great. When my husband asked if they can do gluten free risotto because I'm a coeliac, they didn't bat an eyelid, they accommodated right away. We HIGHLY recommend them. Needless to say. .....we'll be baaaaack! Thanks guys😀👍
Nice gf burger buns. They also have gf chips and chicken nuggets. Be careful when ordering. Even if you order a gf bun, you need to specify that it is an allergy, otherwise they won't ensure everything is made without cross contact. When you do specify, they make the food in a separate area and take extra precautions.
