I used to order through Globo because of the gluten-free option.
When I went in person I asked the waiter and he told me that the gluten-free opposition bread is gluten-free, but it is not suitable for celiacs or those allergic to wheat, since it is not made without cross contamination.
It's true that it's good, but I know why it made me feel bad.

👎👎👎The only reason I'm rating the food only with 2 stars is the poor selection of GF option. If they take the trouble to provide GF bun i would aspect to take measurements with the potatoes as well, but unfortunately they fry everything in the same oil so no option for a celiac. The franchise responsible should rethink this issues.
