The gluten free menu here is HUGE! The lounge restaurants can be found in every major city and there’s something for everyone. I usually go for lunch and have a gluten free sandwich. Their bread is cooked separately and so are their fries. The staff are great with allergens.

Second Bill's I've dined at, the last being in London. Great service, consistent quality, great GF variety.

They have a gluten free menu, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are very careful with coeliac disease and made sure my food was cooked separately.
Coeliac friendly. They have a lot of gluten free options including gluten free burger buns. Fries are cooked in dedicated fryer and manager takes the gluten free order. Highly recommend.
Burgers here are a crowd fave, consistently delicious with great service and quick orders, making it a solid spot for casual dining.

I’ve been to GBK plenty of times, and they never disappoint. Their burgers are insanely good – the taste and flavor are just spot on. Plus, the prices are pretty decent, which is always a win.
It’s not easy to find a burger place that does gluten-free so well, and I honestly think this is the best gluten-free burger spot in Manchester.
The only bummer is that they don’t have gluten-free chips. I get the whole cross-contamination thing, but it would be awesome if they had a separate fryer for gluten-free chips. I mean, who eats burgers without chips, right? If they added that, I’d be here even more often.

Service extremely slow - non existent interaction with staff, we just walked in and found a table after waiting a few minutes. Wasn't that busy when we visited, ordered at the bar instead of downloading an app.
Very disappointing portion size for the price, food was also not that hot. Tasted ok but wouldn't rush back.
The booths with individual TVs were a nice touch to be able to see the TV if you wish. Music very loud so not the best for small babies/children.
Very detailed menus - separate ones for gluten free and vegan. Great choice but not well presented.
