We have eaten here several times. This week when we are here we were less than happy. My wife had a gluten allergy and the GF bun was hard as a brick and could not be bitten into. she loves the GF chocolate desert that normally is severed warm and this time when we’re was still frozen in the middle. We informed the server and he shrugged it off and walked away and did not offer to fix it or even clear our plates from dinner to make room for dessert. Very very poor experience this week and we will not be returning.

Everything about this place is great except the prices. Food was great. Portions were stingy. If you are going to charge $20 for a pizza it had better be loaded. 9$ for a small snifter of kombucha? $58 for two skimpy 14” pizzas, lemonade, and kombucha. Also up charged for gluten free 2$. Come on. Seriously? Then add 12$ to tip the waitress what she absolutely deserved. $70 for lunch. Do not appreciate the gouge.
This spot shines with a fantastic wine tasting experience and a diverse, impressive menu that keeps everyone happy and satisfied.

So disappointed! After reading many amazing reviews on their double sided gf menu and the special precautions they make for their celiac guests I decided to try. I was so excited to order because I couldn’t believe the options. We started off with the lettuce wraps and gnocchi for apps and the manager came out to double check on our order before our waitress put it through. The manager prided themselves with the extra care they take for gluten allergies and they want everyone to be able to eat at their restaurant. 2 mins later our waitress came back and said the kitchen cannot accommodate me and I could only have salads. Don’t pride yourself on the precautions you take and the extensive gf menu you provide if you really can’t provide it to those who need it. I will never return

We visited Brooks on NYE 2024. The place was packed. My wife has celiac disease and we had a minor scare. Our server wasn't on top of her game that night, but it was busy. Management was very supportive about the gluten issue and my wife did not have a reaction. All of our meals were excellent. Cannot stress how profoundly attentive the owners/mgmt were to us. We will be back!
Great restaurant, certainly a hidden gem. Not advertised, but they have gluten free buns as well! Don't let the strip mall location fool you. Great service and atmosphere, if you like burgers be sure to check them out
