Solid burger place and the ice cream is good too, especially the peanut butter flavor. Friendly staff, good service. Just remember: cash only (I can only imagine how many times a day the guy taking the order has to break the news to customers as they stare back with a confused look on their face). Gluten free buns are a big plus!

During our recent visit to Pennsylvania, my partner and I had the pleasure of dining at a fantastic spot that truly exceeded expectations. For a very reasonable price of $59, we enjoyed a delicious spread, including tacos with a side of chili, two burgers with fries, tea, and two waters. One of the standout features was that everything on the menu could be made gluten-free, which was a huge plus for us. The buns on the burgers were especially delicious—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The atmosphere was just right—not too loud or crowded—creating a relaxed and welcoming vibe. The service was top-notch as well. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the meal. A nice touch is the digital payment option on the receipt, where you can easily pay and leave a tip with a code. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we are definitely looking forward to coming back the next time we’re in the area. If you’re in PA and craving some great food in a comfortable setting, this place is highly recommended! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Went here mainly because they have gluten free buns available for the burgers. They have a good selection of burgers and sides. Overall it was a great atmosphere and one of the best places to eat in Manayunk. One area of improvement would be to put more toppings on the junkyard tots. They were room temperature when they came out, so the cheese was barely melted (although they still tasted delicious).

The staff are very knowledgeable about gluten, cross contact, and celiac! (I’ve heard that the owner has celiac.) Great food, lots of GF options, the menu is well-labeled, and the atmosphere is great (indoor and outdoor seating)! They also have delicious GF desserts. This restaurant is my go-to.

This restaurant is an absolute joke. I ordered this gluten free shack burger in the shake shack app and received the most pathetic portion I’ve ever seen of lettuce and tomato. My order also included a regular shack burger with large tomato slices and lettuce. This has to be a joke. I could’ve cried I was so hungry, and I lost my appetite peeling the three pieces of tomato stacked on top of each other because they were all congealed into the cheese. I also had to eat it without the top bun because all of the sauce was attached to the shred of lettuce on the burger.

I'm not sure they've ever gotten my order fully right. They pay no attention to "gluten free bun" and half the time give me a bun that will make me sick. They skip ingredients -- don't bother adding avocado or bacon or whatever, you get what you get. Wrong shake flavors, wrong fries dips, and they never send ketchup or utensils when you ask through the app. If you aren't picking up yourself to check and guarantee your order is right, don't bother. I'm giving up.

I hadn't been to this BurgerFi since my last trip to Philadelphia in over 3 years. I knew from their previous location (across the street from Reading Terminal Market) their food was some of the best! I used to just eat here during my stays from New York. Was very happy to have found them inside the new mall's food court, and was looking forward to having what was my first meal in over 5 hours, having just come from my Flix Bus. I ordered my usual: double bacon cheese burger green styled (lettuce wrapped), and a CriFry. The young lady behind the counter was kind enough to check the ingredients of the shakes (I can't have gluten or corn due to my disability), which I appreciate her doing. When my burger came out I was very disappointed with the lack of lettuce! I only got 3 pieces, one of which was broken and had soaked up the grease of my burger. On the other hand my CriFry was good. Fried and salted perfectly! The tables were clean. Chairs were clean as well. Only complaint not related to food is that I felt like the rubbish (trash) bins were too far away from the tables. I didn't want to leave my luggage and backpack unattended and risk them getting stolen. Otherwise I would come back again in the future.

Today was the first time I’ve had a shake shack burger in over a decade due to a gluten allergy after practically living at the Madison square park location prior. My fiancé and I learned of the addition of gluten free buns a few weeks ago, so naturally I wanted a burger as my first food after a 14 hour gastric testing fast. The staff were extra careful with our food and super professional about alerting us to cross contamination. Thanks for making my day, team! ♥️ and look at this bun!!!

We love M2O burgers! As someone with a gluten allergy, it’s great to get a delicious GF bun that doesn’t break apart after two bites. The meal is so flavorful and my favorite part is they have outdoor seating so you can stop in after a walk and sit with your dog while you eat!

The burgers are delicious, but expensive. They have gluten free options (which I opt for) but their employees have a hard time understanding that they have to deliver it separately due to cross contamination, they should be advised.
