Food is delicious, healthy and plenty of options for vegetarian and gluten free. Atmosphere is beautiful as well. The services though was much better in the past. Nowadays, having to order food from the counter when you are sitting in a table is very inconvenient. I am always by myself with my child and leaving him on his own is not an option, but taking him to the cue with many other walkers that are grabbing a coffee is also inconvenient as he has special needs. I am sure there are other people in our circumstances that simply avoid coming here because it’s a pain. I would appreciate including everyone, people with disabilities as well. Customer service has been heavily impacted too. They are no waiters, just runners. You don’t feel served at all. Please, bring back ordering at the table. I am avoiding coming here because of this but I love this place to not come anymore…

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Fuel by Night, an Israeli tapas restaurant located in Brookvale. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat. The owner Jess welcomed us like family, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with cozy lighting and comfortable seating that made us feel right at home. The highlight of our meal was definitely the Jerusalem bagel and dips. The bread was warm and fresh, with just the right amount of crunch, and the dips were bursting with flavor. I especially loved the hummus and baba ghanoush - they were some of the best I've ever had! The kingfish sashimi was another standout dish. The fish was incredibly fresh and the presentation was stunning. It was the perfect light and refreshing dish to start off my meal. Next up was the chopped liver, which was an unexpected delight. I had never tried it before, but I was blown away by how delicious it was. The chicken shawarma was also fantastic - juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. For something heartier, I highly recommend the beef goulash. The meat was tender and the sauce was rich and flavorful. It was the perfect comfort food on a cool night. To balance out all the savory dishes, I also tried the tabouli with sweet potato and pomegranate. The combination of flavors was unique and delicious, and the dish was light and refreshing. To wash it all down, my friend and I had the Mona cocktail and our hubbies had the Israeli beer. The Mona cocktail was perfectly balanced and had just the right amount of sweetness, while the beer was crisp and refreshing. I almost forgot to mention the cheesecake! It was the perfect end to a fantastic meal at Fuel by Night. The cheesecake was creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. It was the perfect way to satisfy my sweet tooth without being too heavy. I was also impressed with the restaurant's commitment to catering for our gluten intolerant guest. They were able to provide gluten-free options for almost every dish on the menu, which was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated. All in all, my dining experience at Fuel by Night was truly exceptional. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience, and I'm sure we'll be back again soon! Five stars all around!

Bought the "best chocolate cake in the world", size up from small. It was still a small cake for the cost ($50+). Was definitely not a true cake was more of a multi-layer flat chocolate meringue (very sugary sweet) with chocolate sauce. It was gluten and nut free for those that need it. Was definitely not worth the price paid. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

The perfect place for our engagement party! Freshie has such an awesome vibe and its modern and fresh take on the warehouse brewery scene meant that it was the perfect venue not only for after work drinks but our engagement party. The team were so easy to talk with and super helpful and flexible when it came to organising the event. The beers are so good! and their range meant that there was something everyone loved. Food was also on point and they could cater for most dietary requirements like gluten free. We could even bring two dogs in and they had the best time. A rare hidden gem of a cafe in Brookvale. The perfect place to work quietly for a few hours. Accidentally stumbled on this place after a client meeting. Delicious authentic Italian deli style food. I had a delicious gluten free smashed avocado a on toast with cherrry tomatoes. The bread was 👌not the usual rubbish gluten free offering. Warm, friendly, genuine service. Attention to detail here is superb. High quality cups and tea pots, milk jugs that do not leak. Spotless. Modern tables. They have a little sunny area out the front too. Lovely ambience. Soft music, bright and airy. Plus they have a mini deli. I picked up some incredible traditional Italian delicacies including unusual gluten free pastas. Bonuses: they have toilets and wifi. Some on street parking. Car park just down the road or a 5min walk from Warringah Mall. Go there! Your only regret will be you didn’t discover this sooner.

4.5 ⭐ The food was nice. Ordered a coffee and a sourdough chicken sandwich, warmed which was good. Seating arrangement was pleasant Improvements: coffee could have been stronger. Found it a little milky. Hence the 1/2⭐ Positive Friendly staff Range of vegetarian and gluten free option They sell 🍺 and 🍷 Will probably be back there in warmer months for a arvo Sunday beer.

A cute and comfy place with a adorable owner who was really nice to me when I said, I couldn't eat gluten or dairy, and she checked all her stuff and she helped me making a yummy sandwich with a smile on her face! It couldn't be better than that!
