Big portions of food from their display area and awesome desserts for any diet; gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan. We ordered the potato salad + chickpea and spinach salad + fruit salad ($15), a big lentil patty ($6) with on-tap kombucha ($6) to wash it down. Got boxes since we couldn't finish it all.
The service was speedy and attentive.
The atmosphere is "old-school hippy grocer" with earth-friendly wares on sale, cookbooks on display, and rock on the radio.
Definitely a must-go spot for anyone looking for a hearty meal.
Large portions and accommodating service create a welcoming vibe, making it a top spot for those seeking tasty meals and great coffee.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning meal was delicious, huge serving and catered to coeliacs. Beautiful friendly staff prompt service would definitely recommend stopping while in Coffs.

The atmosphere of the place sinks in first as you enter the dark, cozy, and charming den. The furniture lends a certain refined air to the dining experience, and the chaise lounges in the back are divine. The coffee was delicious from the first sip.
They cater for dietary requirements, gluten and dairy free on request.
The music was all of my favourite jams.
Would go again. Thanks, Dark Arts Cafe!

I actually visit the cafe next door when travelling past as they do the best gluten free pancakes. Easy assess directly off the highway right in Coffs. They don’t have a phone unfortunately so you can’t order ahead but worth the stop. Coffee could have been better on the day. The Clog Barn is interesting with plenty of stock.
As a local, I try hard to support local businesses. I love the atmosphere of Element Bar, often enjoying drinks with friends, but every time I go there for a meal, I feel really let down. The prices are very, very, very high for food that is below average and glorified pub food at best. My husband had a $32.50 gluten free burger and had to pay an extra $7 for a side of chips which should have been our first red flag! That’s $39.50 for a burger and chips!!!
Tonight I had a $39 Asian braised pork belly salad which was mostly thick cut red onion (photo attached of what was still on my plate after overdosing on onion).
I also shared a $21 chocolate fondue dessert. The dessert was really disappointing and seemed low quality with pascalls marshmallows, a handful of strawberries and a couple of bite-size mini brownies. It was certainly not my favourite experience tonight!
My kid’s pizzas were good but there’s plenty of other places around, I’ll stick to spending the big $ money at!
With plenty of space for families, this spot offers a clean atmosphere, delicious dishes, and efficient service—perfect for road trips or local visits!

Went for breakfast and it was one of the best we’ve had. Food was amazing and so were the drinks. My daughter is coeliac, and they were extremely accommodating – no issues at all. The staff were really friendly. Would highly recommend!
We dove across town after checking menu online for gluten free Salt and pepper squid only find out their deep frier is cross contaminated as it is used for everything so definitely NOT gluten free. What we had was good but not what was wanted. Spoke to manager to make aware of mistake. Care factor very low. Disappointing 😞
A gem in Coffs with a fantastic selection of vegan options and beautiful coffee that locals rave about.

Just tried Green Galley for the first time. So good to see somewhere in Coffs with so many vegan and gluten free options. The food was amazing- the gg vege burger with the relish, mustard and pickles and everything else was sooooo good 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 Beautiful coffee too. The lady working today was one of the owners and the service she provided was the best, very friendly and caring. Thank you!!
Good position in heart of Coffs Central, heart of Coffs itself. Nice friendly service with a smile. Date apple muffin, gluten free, had most filling of any gf muffin I've had anywhere. Thank you.

Good position in food court, centre front. Coffee nice but a bit weak today, but good gf muffins for hungry coeliac travelers like me. Pleasant service too.
Good gluten free options. Had the smashed avo on toast. It was an interesting mix of flavours, mint and chili. I'm not sure if I'd order the dish again. Service and coffee is amazing.
A busy spot with generous portions and delightful coffee, perfect for a joyful breakfast experience you'll want to share with friends!

We loved it and so did the kids. Great service, great food. The kids gluten free ones were delicious too. Will definitely come back for pancakes and a side of whale watching
Menu states Snapper meal as gluten free if no chips. While being served food chef said it was not gluten free and that menu was incorrect. Menu was a tv display type. Surely I was not first to ask for that meal. After changing meal I was putting fork down on plate after last mouthful when staff member grabbed my plate. Hadn't even finished.
