I got a lemon raspberry cake for a party it was perfect it fed all the people I needed to feed and it was absolutely delicious I would totally recommend and I'm actually holding myself back from going again and grabbing all their tasty looking treats. It feels like being in an actual bakery again instead of kinda being stuck with like very little variety. This place has tons they have donuts and eclairs all gluten free I love it plus staff is super nice.
Step into a cozy gem where exquisite, beautifully crafted desserts tantalize your taste buds in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

A real treasure in SE Edmonton. It is in TAWA centre on 66 Street. The most delicious coffees and beautiful gluten free deserts are to be found here. I come to TAWA every 3 months, and always enjoy a wonderful coffee and sandwich

We ordered cupcakes and an 8 inch vanilla cake with chocolate icing on the inside. The cake and the cupcakes were stunning. Gluten free cakes/deserts aren't typically a favorite for those that don't have the dietary restrictions but everyone really enjoyed them!

We went out for dinner before a concert and I ordered their pesto rosso pasta. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and the waiter was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to this. On my first bite I bit into a rock. Thankfully I didn't chip a tooth. The waiter apologized and ordered new food for me. Which was great, but I was disappointed in their actions after. They gave me 50% off my pasta dish and no manager came to speak to me. I felt like this incident could have been worse and the fact that no manager came to apologize wasn't the best customer service.

Visiting from Calgary and stopped by Remedy Café for their gluten-free options. The staff assured me food prep is safe for celiacs, with a separate prep area, toaster, and utensils. Tried the coconut chicken wrap on a GF wrap, Punjabi style — absolutely flavorful and filling. Saved half for later! Great experience and will definitely be back.
Shoutout to the server for being knowledgeable of gluten free practices and a stellar recommendation for my wrap!
Unique and fresh, this local gem offers deliciously chewy donuts with rotating gourmet flavors that keep everyone coming back for more!

Bakery items are the shining star here. Gluten free carrot cake was great!! Sandwiches seem to be a big hit. The coffee left a little wanting but that happens. Americano was sans crema. Almond milk latte had a strong off-putting almond flavour. No fault to the barista or the drink.. it's hard to pay an extra $1.50 for almond breeze which is the actual culprit here. Go for Pacific brand. It's the little things. But they do take their coffee seriously! Enter, Marzocco espresso machine. Just sit back and admire. They use high end 1883 syrups from France, the purest and best. Kudos. Highs and lows. Busy place, gets a lot of love. The food will not disappoint. Next time, chocolate croissant 😍

Absolutely love their Crum Cookie (almond butter and chocolate, gluten and dairy free). Can’t get enough of them. They also have a peanut butter cookie that’s gluten and dairy free as well that’s just as delicious. A nice little coffee shop with lots of hot drink options and a variety of goodies. The staff are always friendly.

Against All Grain Benny was by far the best eggs benedict I’ve ever had. Got the spicy hollandaise and it was just the right mild spice. The Brussel sprouts were sweet, carmelized and pure perfection. Vegan and gluten free which was perfect. I will be back to try other vegan GF items.
With a cozy vibe and customizable wraps, this laid-back spot delivers hearty flavors and a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for comfort seekers.

They are not careful when it comes to correctly labeling and preparing for dietary needs. I have Celiacs Disease and due to them giving me a regular bagel with the written label of a "gluten free" I'm now experiencing agonizing symptoms. Luckily I won't die, but if you have any allergies DO NOT GO TO THIS REMEDY. Could you imagine if it was a nut allergy?! Do better.

This is a great cafe and study spot in St. Albert!
The atmosphere is great and the food and drink options are great! They offer plenty of gluten free desert options (I cannot vouch for the lunch options since I haven't had any)
I have had many different drinks from here and they've all been very good! I recently started my matcha journey and tried the strawberry matcha the other day. I think if I didn't get oat milk it would have been better, the oat milk they use has a very strong oat flavor that is almost overpowering (and it does not use certified gluten free oats) other than that it was delish

Place is a cute, very small. I don't get the hype, must just be the location. The food, I'm sorry to say, is very bad! The chicken burger is advertised as a chicken breast. It comes as fatty chunks of dark meat and skin. Gross! The service is slow. The gluten free baking is nice. Overall needs a lot of improvement but there's potential.

Great little place. Warm, bright, and inviting. Gluten free options - tater tots are gf but have fryer cross contamination, so breakfast sides you can sub gf bread and have a side salad, fruit, tomatoes etc. Nice vegetarian options too!

I tried to call the manager and left him a message instead of writing this review because I truly just want them to do better. I’m sure the regular food there is fine however, the gluten-free sandwiches are disgusting. They’re so dried out. It’s unbelievable. My challenge to the manager would be to eat one without water and not choke. I’m paying an extra dollar for the gluten-free bread. I know you can buy promise gluten-free bread and it’s delicious and it is a fraction of the dollar surcharge for the gluten-free bread. if you’re gonna offer gluten-free please thank you as regular food and you wouldn’t eat it nor would I .
Do you have my number if you want me to remove my review and gladly will, I just wanted you to be aware of the problem.

What an amazing and cute little bakery! We sought them out when we were planning our wedding to have at the Olds College. Couldn’t have picked a better place to do our mini cupcakes for our guests!
Delicious cake with delicious icing for a very reasonable price. They even accommodated our gluten free request for our celiac guests. They were at the top with sprinkles!
Would highly recommend using them for any occasion as they do a phenomenal job! Thank you so much for making our wedding day beautiful!

My wife and I were in Hinton on a camping trip and I wanted to try this place as I love local coffee shops. We walked in and were greeted by the two gentleman working that day. The barista was very helpful in making suggestions and I settled on a caramel macchiato and a date slice. I must mention that he was kind enough to tell me that a traditional macchiato was more of an espresso shot so that I wouldn't possibly be disappointed. We sat for awhile and enjoyed the coffee and the date slice that was made fresh was also delicious. I also noticed that they make breakfast and lunch items and cater to gluten free and other dietary needs.
So if you're in Hinton and want to try some good local coffee with good conversation and a very friendly atmosphere please try The Old Grind. Looking forward to our next visit. 🙂☕️

The muffins are better than they look. Let me clarify... the coffee caramel (?) muffin was awesome! It didn't look like much. Good Americano, with crema (notable). Gluten free options. This place receives a lot of praise.

A Celiac Foodie's Dream! The food here is outstanding - chef Joseph goes above and beyond. It is such a treat to have delicious, local, farm-to-table style dishes that are also created with a knowledgeable kitchen and staff. Indoor/Outdoor dining is a definite plus and the ambiance is great. I regularly crave the Poutines and the GF Brownie, although every item here is a hit.

This is a real cool place. Food is great, offers some gluten free but what catches your attention is the sitting/eating area inside where everything white outlined in black. Almost liked a black and white movie.

What a great find! The art on the walls is so fun and the seating feels trendy yet cozy. The Grizzly Chai was on point and so was the Spanish coffee. Can't wait to go back for more gluten free treats too.

The coffee was good, we had the pumpkin spice latte they where not overly sweet which is good. We shared a coffee crisp Cheese cake it was good. They have gluten free items which is nice to see. The cheese cake was not gluten-free. I was a little disappointed with the atmosphere as the reviews state an old heritage rail house, but found it not much difference to sitting in other coffee places. I would definitely go here again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sweet Tooth Candy Company for my wedding reception, and I cannot recommend them enough. The cupcakes were a huge hit with our guests, and I received so many compliments on how delicious they were. We ordered the raspberry, peanut butter, and black forest flavors, and each one was absolutely delightful. Not only did they taste fantastic, but the presentation was also top-notch. I was especially impressed with the fact that they offered gluten-free and vegan options, which accommodated all of our guests' dietary needs. Thank you, Sweet Tooth Candy Company, for helping to make our special day even sweeter!

Ok place for a quick bite and delicious coffee. Went here because they claim to make gluten free modifications. Was disappointed with what those modifications were. They didn’t have gluten free bread, or wouldn’t do breakfast burritos into gluten free because they were already “pre packaged”. I got the breakfast sandwich which was truly the most simple sandwich I’ve ever had. It was ok. Not terrible or not the best. The “hash browns” are regular breakfast potatoes with no flavor. They only were a bit crispy but either way I wouldn’t recommend this place for a breakfast unless you need something quick. The coffee was delicious . The service was great.
Edit to address the business confusion: I don't have a gluten sensitivity, my wife does. When I review places for gluten modifications it's because we're eating out together and I need to take her restrictions into account.
Charming spot with stylish decor, cozy vibes, and a great atmosphere; perfect for hanging out, though expect a bit of a wait during busy times.

My wife and I were hanging out in Lethbridge for the day getting our car serviced and we decide to check out the Bread Milk and Honey cafe, and we were glad that we did! It was hopping busy on a late Saturday afternoon, so we knew that it must be good. They have many sweet and savoury choices on their menu board to choose from.
We ordered everything to go, but the cafe was clean, and well laid out, with lots of room for the staff to work behind the counter. There are many tables and chairs to stay in the cafe and have a coffee, a conversation and a tasty treat. The glass pastry displays still had a lot of choices, even late on a Saturday. We couldn’t just choose one and ordered a wide selection to take with us on the road. There are lots of drink choices as well; I had a lemonade and my wife had a coffee. Everything was carefully packaged as well.
We tried the tiny lemon meringue tart, which was crisp and lemony, like a mini pie. The chocolate pie, which I couldn’t resist, looked so inviting and it had a thin, delicate crust and great chocolatey custard, that was delicious. My wife chose a blueberry muffin, that was full of berries and moist and a cheese scone, which was a little plain for her liking. The brownie was lovely, chocolatey and delicious as well, but the gluten free peanut butter bar was moist, but not to our liking. The overnight oats cup was crunchy with almonds, tasty and filling.
All in all, a fantastic bakery to stay and enjoy their delicious fresh baking, in a fun, vibrant cafe, or to take your treats on the road with you.

I am so happy I stumbled across this place today. The owner is a true gem of a human. I could have stayed and talked to her all day.
I didn't want Coffee and she suggested a dandelion root latte which was very good and earthy. I also tried her gluten free carrot cake which may have been the best carrot cake I've had, gluten free or not. She sweetens things just enough, not too much. I also got some Thai soup to go and it was so extremely flavorful. She makes the broth from scratch. You can tell everything she does is with love and care.

What a great place! The food was excellent, delicious homemade soup, and the BLT was absolutely perfect, the best vegan 'bacon' I have ever tried. I needed gluten free and the bread was so good as well. Super nice, friendly owners and staff. Also such a warm and cozy space. Would highly recommend, I wish it wasn't across town from us, but will definitely make it a preferred destination!
