We are from North Vancouver and every time we go to Kelowna, we make a trip out to Jaide & Joel's Baking Co. Everything they sell is amazing! I am plant based and celiac and this place for me is heaven. Aside from the sweets, We particularly love the pizza crusts and cheese, jalapeño bread!

If you have ANY allergies, this place has SOOOO many options. And let me tell you, the food is next level good. The flavor profile on all their items is delicious. I can’t rave enough about how good it is. I am gluten and dairy free and it’s so tough to find restaurants in Kelowna to accommodate. What a great business idea! Not only did I get an amazing Pilates class, but I had the option of a bunch of high protein, gluten free, delicious treats! The owner of this business is so friendly and knowledgeable, and my class was exactly as described. The studio was clean and the booking was easy. I highly recommend this Pilates studio & cafe.

Haven't had anything bad from here yet, unfortunately, only giving 3 stars as they offered gluten free bun options for some of their sandwiches which is what made them a go-to for myself, and made them stand out from others in regards to food, now they abruptly do not offer this option any longer and figure that the few, mediocre gluten free snacks that are available are an appropriate alternative.
