Neither the server nor the cook understood the concept of a gluten allergy. I went for a salad, notified them of my allergy, asked multiple questions so ensure I was going to get something gluten free. Both the first salad they made and the salad they remade had gluten in it. I just gave up and didn’t eat it at that point but still had to pay for it even after I explained to the server why I couldn’t eat it when he asked why I hadn’t eaten it. It would’ve been fine if it was handled politely but the waiter was rude about it. PS Toute l’expérience passais en français…il n’était pas un problem de langue

The place is a little cramped for eating on site but in good weather the terrace is open. The food is of very good quality, the vegetarian and gluten-free choices are numerous and delicious!

One of the most beautiful places iv'e eaten at in France, wev'e had burgers and steak. A great stop after visiting Monnet Garden, looks much better then the nearby venues. The coffee was also great at the end. The only thing we think could be improved is having an option for glutten free buns for the Burger, as some of our group had celiac.

A healthy restaurant in Houlgate that showcases fresh, local, and seasonal produce. The dishes were adapted for guests with gluten and cow's milk intolerances, which is rare in France! We also enjoyed the healthy juices throughout our stay. The staff is also friendly, something that seems to have been lost in Houlgate over the past two years! Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

A very nice discovery that is worth the detour!!! Everything is vegan, local, seasonal, and it also seems gluten-free to me if I'm not saying something stupid! The recipes are very original, the dishes are beautifully presented, tasty and plentiful. The fruit cocktail was perfectly balanced, we could really feel the flavors of each fruit. Plus the manager (who does everything by himself) is adorable, very welcoming! The atmosphere is cozy and warm. I can't wait to go back!!

It's really great! The place to be in nowhereland. Go for brunch during a weekend in Normandy, it's worth the detour! The place is so cozy, full of charm, a studied obsolescence, nice musical atmosphere, antique furniture, eco-delicious and copious cuisine... Nothing to say, it's great. This will be our must-see every time we visit the wider area! Small clarification, you need to reserve, it's more popular than one would suppose from a somewhat remote place, and this allows you to order in advance, and therefore participate in the establishment's zero waste approach.
