A cosy coffee shop that serves excellent loose leaf tea and amazing cakes. Seriously the carrot cake was delicious! It's a lovely place to take a break from exploring the city or shopping and has reasonable prices. Gluten free and vegan options are also available and delicious. Well worth a visit. The staff were friendly but not as welcoming as they could have been, they were pretty busy.
Imaginative dishes made with locally sourced ingredients, plus a cozy vibe that encourages leisurely meals and special celebrations.

Popped in for a new year's day brunch, dog and gluten free friendly. The food is locally sourced, seasonal and very tasty although I found that there were only a few vegetarian options available. I opted for the mushrooms which were fantastic. I like that they have an option of a small or large portion as I often only want a smaller meal. Overall very good, tasty food with super service.
Eclectic decor and a cozy vibe create a unique, inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a diverse menu and fun dining experience!

Stopped in for a Cake and Hot Chocolate. A couple of Gluten Free cakes available plus a range of other fresh cakes. Worth a visit when in Shrewsbury. We called in on a wet day, but we nice to sit outside in better weather.
Great food, the quality and the choice. The gluten free options are delicious. The service is also excellent . This place is well worth a visit either for takeaway or sit in.

Absolutely wonderful cafe, food is amazing and the staff are super friendly too. The cafe itself was clean, well decorated with a lovely view if you sit at the window tables. The stairs are a little steep for a less agile grandma but there is a sturdy hand rail.
I ordered a frittata and salad which was so colourful and full of flavour I was sad when it was all eaten! They had run out of the chocolate raspberry torte so opted for the chocolate beetroot cake, served warm and really good. All in all very good food at a ridiculously reasonable price.
Very gluten free and dog friendly, little Ru loved his puppachino!

A short walk away from most car parks (Shrewsbury does not have free parking), not a lot of seating, but I've always found a seat,
Dogs are allowed, too.
Really nice cakes and good choice too, gluten-free cakes are really nice
Staff friendly and helpful

Amazing place, fantastic how it’s such a safe and inclusive venue. The food is so yummy with lots of vegan and gluten free options, there’s something for everyone.
My son love the games consoles, he sits with his cousin for ages happily playing giving me time to sit and chat with a delicious hot chocolate to my sister.
Great place, highly recommend!
Even the toilets are great, lots of free essential products and inclusive but great facilities for anyone with a disability.
A teeny cafe with a BIG heart! ♥️
We were on a short break in Shrewsbury and our Airbnb was not far from Darwin's. So an ideal stopping point when we were tired and thirsty! As tempted as I was to have a Pina colada milkshake, I went for the non-alcoholic version while my son had a peanut butter one. I was also able to have a delicious piece of gluten-free carrot cake. They cater for dietary requirements really well. We enjoyed it so much we made a plan on the spot to return after check-out on the Saturday morning!! A full English really set us up for a looonngg day of travelling. Despite being ever so busy - both staff were so friendly and we bought some Shrewsbury biscuits for family (including a Vegan version, wish there was a gluten-free one but I know myself how hard it is to bake with GF flours!) Great value for money and proper home cooked food with quality ingredients. We loved our visit and hope to be back soon.
Housed in a charming old chapel, this cozy café impresses with its unique decor and attentive service, making it a delightful spot to unwind.

We prebooked out table and the team were very welcoming. The reason we booked because on line it stated they did gluten free . When ordering food they really had no gluten free only lamb kebab. They said they had no gluten free pasta and other dishes were unavailable.

Years ago the foods used to be lovely but now it has changed maybe new chef. I had grilled chicken with bacon gluten free sandwich club, asked swap to feta cheese instead of melted cheddar cheese but still charged for feta cheese! Also few months ago I had vegetarian breakfast - halloumi cheese it was over cooked, avocado were bit brown , poached eggs were uncooked.
Thank you to Issy for her great customer service this morning. We wanted to know if one of the new specials was gluten free & she was very helpful in assisting checking with us.
Delicious toasted sandwiches that hit the spot, with great value and a vibe that makes you want to come back for more.

Toasted sandwiches, so delicious. One gluten free. No issues for dietary requirements. Extremely helpful staff, very friendly. Would definitely go next time in the area. Value for money and would recommend highly. Thank you.
Great all round. Quick service, breakfast served at same time so all ate together. Gluten free options available although not with deserts.
Dogs welcome and treats given 😊
