We make a point to visit Shana Cake every time we are in Topeka. My wife is allergic to gluten and, as a result, we have tried various gluten free bakeries and restaurants all over the world. We stopped here on our cross country trip and so glad we did! This was by far one of the best coffees we had. We got the salted caramel cappuccino and it was brewed perfectly with just enough sweetness without being overwhelming. You could taste the quality of the coffee! Cinnamon roll was scrumptious as well! They even had gluten free bakery options which is hard to find. Plenty of seating. Friendly service. A local gem!
